Terrible staff

I was at this restaurant and the food is okay, however the waitress was atrocious. She was clearly high, and had little to no clue what was going on. Great place for cheap whiskey

This is a place where a lot of locals go for pre-drinking. There are cheap whiskey drinks and infamous three-shot "fish bowls"! The food is pretty good too. If you're looking for a casual meal and or bar near Caesar's Palace in Windsor, Ontario it's likely the concierge will send you to Papa Cheney's Whiskey Well. Good food, great price, friendly service.

I've had dinner here many times and I've never ordered somthing I didn't like. The Kentucky Burbon sauce is awesome!!!

Papa Cheney's is awesome. Troy was probably too drunk to realize he was an idiot.

Cheneys is the best bar in Windsor hands down.

Nice atmosphere, great service and good food. I had the Jambalaya which is a house speciality. It was very good and a very generous portion. My wife had blackened catfish, which she enjoyed and had enough to take some home.
