Very Turned Off
When I was there for dinner, I was in the washroom washing my hands when out from a stall stepped a woman that clearly worked in the kitchen as she was dressed in a Panorama kitchen uniform with an apron. She walked right by me WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Gross. I will never go back here.
Great view - service could be improved
Panaroma is chic, intimate and boasts one of the best views in the city. It has 2 patios on the top floor and the drinks are great. The food could have a more selection and it does take a while to get served but overall its a good time.

Fifty-one floors atop the Manulife Centre, Panorama is host to spectacular, jaw dropping views of downtown. Balmy evenings are the pinnacle of romance. Classy cocktails and upscale snacks are on hand for chic Torontonians, curious tourists and that special anniversary date. It will be difficult to get out of the Italian leather chaises and cabana style setting outside.

Very nice place. The only problem, they don't allow us in, because we had people in our group, who is not 19 yet. They don't tell on their web-site, that they wouldn't even admit anybody, who is not 19 yet.

They may have a great view, but they lack in customer service. There are plenty of other places in TO. Panorama is not worth the time and energy.

Service was neutral. Our server expected a tip rather than working for one. Best view in the city though

June 09, 2008In the past year and a half, I have been to this restaurant 4 times. The interior is comfortable, the view is amazing, but service from the management to the actual service lacks the most important thing a restaurant needs..... Service. This last time I was there, it was a busy Friday night. I had made reservations about a month before because it was for a table of about 20. 2 weeks... more
