palazzo is a great place
September 29, 2012Lori is an awesome stylist and I always enjoy going to see her. I also love having my caramel latte while she colours my hair! I'm an employment counsellor so I really appreciate the fact that Lori always has an apprentice - apprenticeships are so important. I glad she helps out by training new stylists.

Excellent Every Time

September 24, 2012The salon was very nice! The girls were friendly! They offered us desserts to celebrate their 7th year in business.It was a great atmosphere to come into. Also, the girl who did my hair did a great job!Very quick! Very beautiful!And it stayed in that night and it looked pretty good the next day!Overall it was very good. But a bit pricey.

September 17, 2012IT's a great visit when the only things to complain about arent related to the stylist or her skills. The coffee you're served is sad, I think it may very well be instant, and the Guest WiFi is also difficult to log onto. These are just small details that make time pass more comfortably while waiting under a dryer

September 14, 2012Had facial with Lisa this week, I chose the type of facial myself without consultation however, it ended up being the right one for me. Lisa was very gentle and explained all the steps as they happened. Was very very relaxing and I was very happy with the results. Ended up purchasing a starter kit that had most of the products she used, at a discount of 20 percent. Will go again.

September 14, 2012When I arrived, I was warmly greeted & sat for only a couple minutes until my appointment time - which was on time! The sugaring service that I received, was completed in a timely, friendly manner! After my appointment I needed a product, the woman instantly helped me in making sure that I had the correct product.

September 07, 2012my visit was great and al my standards were met, my h air dresser was melanie, and i love her, she cut my hair well and i was late because of abus but she still treated me well and recommended stuff to improve my hair and she was sooo kind! i loved my hair and from now on i will trudge out from troronto to cut my hair here.

Better than local competitors
August 23, 2012I've been to a few salons in Welland and Palazzo is by far the best. They don't rush you, they request your input but will also give their opinion on what they think would look good, and they're really friendly people. The price is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommended.
