Best hotel deal in Vernon!
November 23, 2014I spend over 100 nights per year in hotels worldwide due to business travel. Without a doubt, Pacific Inn was the biggest pleasant surprise ever. For the price I did not expect much. But it was OUTSTANDING, comparable to places 2 or 3 X the price. The rooms were clean, quiet, and modern, the bed was outstanding, even the wireless connection was high speed. Dog friendly but missing a good ad
November 10, 2014We arrived with Molly who like all children in fur coats are spoiled. Why not add a special treat...a basket containing a "pet sheet", bowls for food and water, perhaps a treat/biscuit/bone. After all we pay extra for our dog,it deserves special treatment as well.

Nice Hotel in Vernon...I'd recommend it to all.
November 04, 2014A friend and I stayed for two nights. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little too fluffy for my personal taste but, seriously, if that's the only thing that's wrong with the place, then I think it's a great choice.

Broken toilets and no internet access

They switched us to another room as the lady at the front desk explained that the internet works in some rooms but not others. This is also the situation with the television reception. September 14, 2014As a family of five, it is always difficult to find adequate accommodation. The room they put us in was spacious, and the kitchenette was 1st rate. The only thing I can say that they fell short on was there was no kettle or condiments for the coffee (sugar/cream). Pretty minor stuff. All in all , a very enjoyable stay! Will stay again in the future.

Stopped here for a couple of days and it was a good choice. The rooms are a good size,clean and equipped with fridge and microwave.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Unlike some rooms I have stayed in I couldn't here any neighbouring room noise,so it was quiet and had a good nights sleep in the king bed.
Highly recommend.

Nice Hotel - Problems with TV Cable frustrating

Seems to be a nice looking hotel. Newly updated. Checked in after dark.
But cable service is terrible. Screen freezes, sound is very intermittent. Completely unwatchable. Apparently just changed service provider.
Moved rooms. Problems with cable TV service in both rooms.
I think they need to move back to the old cable provider.

Great price, nice room and great location

Stayed just one night and it was a nice hotel. Clean and conveniently located to the commercial areas of town.
Prices are very good and they give you a discount card for the Ricky's at least, even if it's not a free breakfast.
All in all it's a good place to stay.

This is a very new hotel and, as you would expect, decor, fixtures and fittings are pristine. We got a really good deal via booking.com and the room was real value for money. Huge space and beautifully equipped with everything you would need including a fridge and microwave....

We stayed in a kitchen suite which was large and comfortable. It had everything we needed and being new was in crisp shape.
One tiny complaint though. I'm guessing the room was not rented for a few nights since the top of the fridge showed dust. It's a stainless front but the top is black and does show dust more...

Good stopover place

Insane amount for deposit

Hotel is very new. Our room was great, nice king bed and fold out sofa.
We booked online and our rate was $110.00, a night. Prepaid for 3 nights. Went to check in and they wanted the credit card for a damage deposit. No problem.....that is until we noticed they wanted $200 a night! Really thats almost double the room...

Friendly, helpful staff from the front desk through the room attendants. Comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious accommodation; and the in-room fridge, coffee-maker and microwave make it convenient as well.
The attached restaurant was a bonus and the menu offered plenty of options.

September 02, 2013We stayed in a great suite with a separate bedroom. Loved it. Very new, very clean. The room was very contemporary with a full sized fridge and a kitchenette. Our visit to Vernon was pretty stressful and we called our room the Sanctuary. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
