Very helpful staff when booking in. Nice clean rooms. Lady at the desk assisted up in obtaining current highway conditions from Kamloops for our trip to the coast.

Stopover

Was just a quick stop over traveling from Victoria to Edmonton. Room was clean, well appointed and quite. Booked through Hotels.com at the last minute and felt the room was very good value for the money.

Good for one night

Pros: It is relatively new, clean carpet and comfortable beds. Right on the highway, easy to access Cons: Breakfast was not good.

Great room!

Very large room with high ceilings. Comfortable bed, great sitting room attached. Quiet hotel and Breakfast was pretty good.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good but the WiFi is too slow. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. The continental breakfast is great.

Good Value Good Location

Stayed 1 night after skiing in Vernon. Just wanted something clean, inexpensive, and close to our route. Hotel is perfectly located for the Coquihalla and #1 Hwy. The rates were fair so I booked it sight unseen based on other patrons ratings. We were pleasantly surprised by the bang for our buck!

Older hotel but very comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast. Planned to stay 1 night but due to a hospitalization stayed 5. Staff (especially at desk) were very kind and professional. Very good value for low cost.

Nice short stay

It was a very short stay so I can't say much other than that everything was very satisfactory, nice clean room and pleasant hotel staff.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean

Good location for an overnight stay, close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable enough and room was clean. The breakfast was fine and sufficient, better than a lot.

Last minute booking through Expedia, booked on the road on our way to Kamloops area while on road trip to Vancouver. Nice hotel, clean rooms. Decent breakfast that is included. Excellent Chinese food at resturants attached to lobby of hotel. Great overnight stop.

We sold our house and needed a place to lay our heads for the night. We checked in late, the front desk employee was so friendly and helpful. The room was so quiet, altho the parking lot was full, we never heard a soul. The rates were the best in the area, and a good breakfast in the reception area in the morning We have no complaints at all with this property.

After travelling for 9 hours we arrived to a filthy disgusting room. Great place to stat

We stayed just for a day but was a pleasant stay pretty clean there was also water slide and indoor pool for my son to play the hot tub was not warm enough and that is the only minor complaint

Quiet hotel

Nice room. The only thing wrong was that the hair dryer would not work. It would run for a few seconds and then quit.

Excellent place. People are very friendly... Staff are very customer orientated and have excellent customer service skills. Hotel was very easy to get to and super clean. "Nice" Hotel

The price was good. The room was very good except for long dark female hairs on the floor of the bathroom and a used towel hanging on the bathroom door. This "questions" the cleanliness of everything!!!

Surprsiingly Good

I've stayed at numerous other higher ranked (3*+) hotels in Kamloops on the hill but firs time at the Pacific Inn. It was better than expected. They upgraded me to a suite, cont. breakfast was decent and clean area. Hotel desk person was very helpful (tv remote was irregular). Overall quite good.

Checkin was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were pleasing, clean and enjoyable. If ther was anything to question, the breakfast was lacking. The only hot foods were waffles and toast or bagels. No eggs or meats. What was available was good.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. Very nice clean and well equipped room with a comfortable bed. Heating a bit noisy but we just switched it off and didn't need it overnight. Great find! Rooms are exceptionally clean. Complimentary hot breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from the highway and across from Aberdeen mall. Also has an excellent Italian restaurant on site. We will be staying here again. Almost forgot to mention how quiet it is as well. Pool available across parking lot at sister property. Excellent family value.

On the way out to BC we stayed at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, I cannot stress enough how much $20 dollars more gets you. The Pacific ended up costing us $20 over the Econo which is the best money I've ever spent. Solid road hotel

Solid road hotel, very close to Highway one (however not easy to find). I believe that it was part of a Comfort Inn, now divided into two hotels. Stayed one night. Reception was friendly, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the weak side, however included in the price. Parking was not easy, maybe because it was a long weekend.
