Took my bike in to get serviced, and they did a poor job, could not fix my brakes, and when I took it on the trail that day, the derailleur kept skipping gears under load. Was not set up properly. Not sure what they actually did do.

Have had only great service from the guys and girls at Outspoken! Spring tune ups done quickly and service with a smile. I can tell the staff and owners have a genuine love for what they do! Glad to be able to support a local, growing business!

Great bike shop. Good selection, top notch service and very knowledgeable. Everything from town beaters to high end mountain and fat bikes. They ride the local trails, so they know what they're talking about. Their weekly shop rides are great too. Highly recommend Outspokin.

Stopped in today based on a friends recommendation, glad I did.
I am new to London and needed a bike tuned up for getting around town with,
they fixed up the bike (feels better then ever) and helped outfit me with some accessories and gear.
They also sent me home with a handy map of London to help guide me around my new city.

Overpriced and understaffed, always busy during good riding season, good bike mechanics, but I've gone there quite a few times and left unhappy. They don't have time for a quick adjustments, taking accurate measurements for materials as long as they are selling, sometimes the quality feels poor.
