Good location, free parking, inflated prices

If you like the Outback chain you will like this one too, it's the same as the others, we had a good time, good food, good experience, but the prices were almost double what we pay in Wisconsin in a non tourist location for the same food.

Good food, service

Good food, service, but you pay a bit more here too. But, this stood out above the many relatively unclean, poor service restaurants that we walked in and then out of.

Lunch

We visit Outback in the US often and expected the same in Niagara Canada, but were somewhat disappointed. It took almost 45 minutes to be served when we were the only people there for lunch. Not your regular Outback

This is not your regular Outback. If you are coming from the states better research the restaurant options on the Canadian side of the falls. The menu options are limited here and the prices are way higher. We stopped by for some appetizers and drinks and we found the same prices like the hotel restaurant that had a nice view... more

Classic Steak & Frozen Margarita's mmm

You know what you are getting with Outback and they don't disappoint. Blooming Onion...a fav and since you can't find outbacks in Canada except for this one, a real treat.
Frozen Margarita was worth the trip to Niagara falls, but I may be exaggerating here. I do love my frozen adult cocktails :)

Good food and service

Okay but not worth the price

We live in Tampa where Outback is headquartered and we live close the original Outback restaurant. This location has a limited menu compared to those in the U.S., and is very overpriced. While the service was good, we were very disappointed as we enjoy Outback in Tampa.

Unbelievable Prices

Even though our cab driver warned us about the American chain restaurants we ate dinner here first night. The cost was outrageous. We paid over $130.00 for the two of us.

Great food experience

Wow! What a difference Outback Canada vs Outback USA. The one in Canada by our hotel (By the Falls in Ontario) was clean, quick and delicious. The place was even decorated beautifully! The food was perfect - didn't have to send anything back.

Same Old Stuff

While our waiter was very good. The food was exactly as it is home. Hoping for a little local twist but no. Or I missed it. It was just ho hum. But we were seated right away and it was very clean. Staff very friendly.

Grossly overpriced

The food is typical of what you would find at any Outback. The service was good. We were shocked to be seated immediately considering how crowded the falls area was. Great Restaurant for relaxed meal

Stayed in the Radisson Hotel and this restaurant was outside the main entrance so after a long day looking around Niagara falls we were ready for a good meal and a drink.

Kinda Pricey

Got the 9oz. Filet went for $40 but looked like it was smaller. Prices are > higher than the states & they hit u w/ HSA tax and local tax.I got a coupon from Embassy Suites Fallsview across the street for the Outback pay $10 get a $20 coupon for outback. This helps

Does not compare with the restaurants found in USA

We have been at different Outbacks in the past few years, from Pennsylvania to Las Vegas and this one is a bit of a disappointment.
High prices compared to the USA menu and the food is OK.

Being Australian, I was pretty excited to try Outback Steakhouse, since there are only a few in Australia and I hadn't had the chance to go to one before moving to Canada.

quick, easy, and yummy

Situated right across the street from the Embassy Suites hotel, it was a quick walk to Outback Steakhouse. Nothing to get too excited about

It's Outback, it's a chain restaurant. They were a step above the TGIF menu that was next door to our Hotel, so we walked across the street and gave it a try.

Much pricier than the Outbacks in the states. Chain Restaurant Sticker Shock

Good food, good prices

Enjoyed a dinner here and had good service, though we were presented with the wrong bill! That was soon corrected. The steaks looked really good and there some kind of onion dish (deep fried) that looked great but we did not try.

Outback

We traveled to Niagara Falls, Canada on a bus trip. We were offered 3 choices: steak, chicken or pasta. Our steak was delicious and hot. We also had garlic mashed potatoes, a salad, and ice cream for dessert. The many servers were attentive and friendly.

Good food. Over priced

Food and service were very good. Prices were too high, but we stayed and ate irregardless. I must write more, so here is more.

Good steaks but expensive

Steaks are competently prepared but the sides are rather uninspiring as is the decor. This restaurant added a 17 percent tip to our bill because we were in a group which is rather high for a chain and the level of service. It is also rather expensive. I prefer the Keg as a steak house.

Good Food

We had a coupon from the hotel. We had a good meal. My chicken looked a little pink to me so the made me another one. They were very accommodating and friendly. Service was very good.

Although I want to thank the waitress for the accommodation and making sure we are comfortable, the food was simply awful. Horrible to even describe it. They suck you in off the street with their $10 lunch menu. We went in for what we thought was going to be a quick lunch. It ended up being over an hour total experience. (10 minutes just waiting for my change from the bill). But, I guess I got what I paid for...... more

Food was good but cost almost double what it is in the US

Canadian food is expensive. I usually get the fillet at the Outback in Colorado where we live. At home the fillet is about $20. At this restaurant it was $39 Canadian which is still about $36 US. Excellent service and food

Food was fantastic with friendly quick service. Outback ribs are the best. Warm loaves of sweet honey bread are fantastic. Two minute walk from the Embassy Suite Hotel.

an absolute favourite of ours

This is a restaurant we make a point of going to each time we come to Niagara Falls, Ontario. You can count on good service and an absolutely wonderful meal there. Decent sized servings, warm bread and whipped butter--what's not to love. The meals served there are always good .

When we showed up, we were the only two people dining in the restaurant and it took them almost five minutes to recognize that we were waiting to be seated even though they weren't busy attending to other customers. Once we were seated, they took our orders quickly and our food also came quickly.

Service good, food decent but overpriced

I think the prices are much more inflated than other Outbacks because it's Niagara Falls. While the service was very good, the meals just aren't worth the cost. I asked for my steak medium-well... it came medium-rare. I sent it back and it returned well done. Not very good for a steakhouse.... especially one with those prices.

Food was great on both visits, service was good, but not $80 for two non-steak entrees and appetizer good. Far too expensive for the average diner atmosphere. You coukd get food cooked this good at most competitors for $40. "Tourist tax" is also very displeasing

Deceived. Today we visited the Outback location in Niagara Falls Ontario. We were completely satisfied with the meal and service but when we received the bill we noticed it listed "TIF 3.8%, and HST" because the server had written "taxes" with an arrow pointing to both amounts.
