Nice
I like this florists for a number of reasons- they have great fresh looking flowers, they have nice arrangements, the people are very nice and charming and the deliver!
Great service and flowers
I went in looking for some flowers and got good service and great roses at a competitive price. The location is good being downtown Ottawa. I will go back again when I need flowers.
Orchid Florist - the best!
This is the best flower shop in town! My experience has been excellent! Perfect flowers, low prices, fantastic service, charming people. I have been a customer for years - will never seek flowers anywhere else. Definitely the only place to buy flowers!
Cheating bussines
Several times I have ordered delivery from this florist which is close to my office. I found that this store charge you for one type flowers and delivers another (cheaper) ones which basically means cheating. My latest experience was with Valentine's day delivery. Again, I found out that the store cheated. Store's salesperson is rude and refused even to apologize. After a round of argument she finally agreed to give me refund. Stay away from this store.
