December 08, 2012Great experience overall. My crown required two visits. The first I was able to zone out watching a movie and the visit was over before I knew it. Really impressed with the entire team. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It could not have gone smoother.

Unsure - good work, bad attitude
November 07, 2012Dentist is friendly with patients but very impatient and rude with staff. He barks orders making the experience uncomfortable.Hygienists are polar opposites - either skilled and efficient, or lacking training and inexperienced. I assume being barked at doesn't help the learning process. You couldn't pay me to work for this dentist.

He was professional and knew exactly what was wrong with me. He gave me a mouth appliance and I am happy to report this has given me some much needed relief.I knew if anything could be done that this man would find it!He is the best dentist ever ;)

Excellent Work on Invisalign

Previous to visiting him, I had consulted three other dentists, who all said that my teeth were too crooked for Invisalign to work, and recommended the traditional wire braces. December 14, 2011The best experience I've had at this office was with Shirley (RDH), the worse has been with the receptionist. Shirley is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist however is not friendly and I found it infuriating to wait an entire day to hear back from Dr. De Souza about a time sensitive question that I had.
