You can go back many, many times and not have the same cake twice (unless you choose so of course). While I cannot speak for all the desserts, the ones I have had have been fantastic. After a stop at Chez Lucien's for a hamburg, we decided to go to Oh So Good for dessert. Excellent choice as the choices were excellent. Generous portions and we were able to sit outside on the small patio. Will return on our next visit to Ottawa.

Fantastic cakes

On recommendation we visited this cafe and was not disappointed. We shared 3 servings of cake between 5 of us and that was plenty! My favourite was the chocolate pecan pie which was warmed and served with cream......delicious, but not something you do everyday as it is very rich and a bit pricey.

For what it is- in my opinion an alternative to the bars and pubs- it is good. It has a great location right in the heart of the market.

With that being said their deserts aren't the greatest. You can purchase La Rocca cakes at any grocery store.

I do however recommend their drinks which are phenomenal in my opinion.

Oh So Good! is an appropriately named and popular destination for dessert and chocolate lovers, me included. This place was so popular, it had to move from its smaller location to another spot in The Market. Now located at 25 York Street (just off Sussex), it is even closer to all the action and easier to locate.
