rooms are comfortable, late check out, very close to falls, but some air conditioners are not working.
Good experience as everything was walking and we used the hotel for our sleep
I would definitely recommend it to someone travelling on a tight budget and looking for an inexpensive place very close to the Falls. Although the motel looked rather shabby on the outside, once we got inside the room, it was clean, with new carpet and very clean sheets/towels. Furniture and bathroom fixtures were old but clean and functional. WiFi worked like a charm. There's also a tiny pool... more
Other then issues with the WiFi (sometimes you needed to go outside to connect, then ok), the hotel was just fine for our stay (walking distance was not far). Maybe a small coffee pot would help, however restaurant 2 doors down-great coffee. If you want to use the pool you must ask to unlock the gate. The first night we saw someone working on the pool. We thought it was closed each night after... more
I liked our room, it was clean and large. There is an outdoor pool that seems to be open even at night. It met our expectations - We wanted a room that was very close to Clifton hill (it is literally a 5 minute walk - just amazing location) and where we could sleep. Other people in the rooms were... more
First lets start out by saying that it is very close to Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, restaurants, coffee shops so the location was great!
Our room needed new paint, new beds. Our bedding was disgusting. One of our beds had cigarettes burns in the blankets. Just unacceptable. Carpet was stained and another family member staying with our group switched rooms...

It was a nice clean motel, but found to many people where staying in one room, noisy on the second night and the parking was so busy, had to walk to get around or loose my parking spot.
Worst motel in niagara. Filthy, run down, terrible customer service, rude front desk clerk, and not organized. Do not stay here.
After the renovations and upgrades planned in the fall it would be a good place to stay for the price.
We have been staying at this hotel for years... It had been a few years since the last time but the rooms are falling apart, tiles in the bathroom.... Not very clean. We were not informed at check in that the pool was not allowed to be opened because of safety reasons... ( 2 kids no pool :( sucked ) Then they say no refund after check in.. I really wouldnt recommend staying at this hotel ...... more
Room was clean, linen was clean. Stayed for 3 nights - didn't clean the room at all during the stay - had to ask for additional towels. Limited parking. TV very outdated and very limited channels. Good location - within walking distance of Clifton Hill and many restaurants.
Wifi did not work due to weak signal. Blankets are not that clean and it looks too old. Shampoo and soaps are not that quality and it was not replaced after emptying them.
Not worth the low cost. Stay somewhere else. Front desk was rude and not accomaditing. Sketchy looking people hanginging around outside. Stay away.
Nice place Clean friendly Pool was gross couldn't swim
My girlfriend and I stayed here for Canada day we managed to find a special on expedia so the room only cost 50 dollars. When we arrived at the motel the man working the desk was amazed we got this room for so cheap, but after staying here I would be surprised if the room cost more than 50. Our... more
For that price more should be included, fridge in room, phone, continental breakfast. Over priced.
WAIS could use bathroom light as a night light. Unable to because it's wired to exhaust fan that always runs when light is on.
We were only there over night (not even 24hrs) but the room was comfortable. There is no fridge, hair dryer or continental breakfast but at least the sheets were clean! It is within walking distance to Casino Niagara and Clifton Hill activities (if you can walk about 4 blocks). I would stay there again.
I had the unfortunate experience of booking this hotel for the night of May 17, 2014. Because of the long weekend most hotels in the area were booked or the rates were extremely high. I booked in through expedia around 3 pm, so didn't see any reviews, or didn't pay any attention to them as I was rushing to get... more
Wow! We came to this motel after 4 years, and has it changed ever! The room we got was newly renovated, birght colors, new bathroom and everything! They now have remotes, and the experience was great. The service was very good, and the location was even better. I definitely recommend Oasis Motel to anyone, quite affordable too.
We wanted to stay in Niagara for the Night but didn't want to break the bank. The room was clean with T.V & free wifi. Yes the decor needs some updating but overall great place. The Lady was friendly and helpful.
This place is a dump stop in and see for yourself. This place is more than out dated its terrible.Pink walls dirty carpet a washroom from the sixty's.The wife noticed a large stain on the sheets??.No phone you pay for ice a tv that is very small and dirty, but on a good note they do have Free Cable. We did not stay... more
We stayed for 1 night and rent the suite and a single room , the room was clean and looks nice for the price, just a few things that they should improve for better experience: TV remote, Internet , ( they said they offer wifi but i tryed all nigth to get connected and was not able to do it.... more
This place has gone completely downhill compared to when the previous owners owned it. The new owners are very rude people who do not even talk to the customers. On many circumstances, the service at the Oasis was very disappointing, considering i have been going to this place for many years and they don't even acknowledge that people are there.... more
The location is walking distance to the falls. No bed bugs!! Fit our two night stay just fine with very young children. I wouldn't mind to stay there again.
we stayed 1 night as we got in town a day earlier then expected. We were not willing to pay $200. for a room for 1 night, which is what every other hotel in town wanted for a Saturday night. We drove by and gave the Oasis a try. The exterior of the building looked good and recently refinished. The... more
Not worth the money...pay a bit more to stay elsewhere! I stayed here with some friends for a weekend getaway. This motel is old, very dated, and falling apart...ugly floral comforters and curtains, wood paneling painted pink and coming off the wall, mold in bathroom, paint peeling off bathroom ceiling, holes in the wall, poorly patched holes in the walls,... more
Traveled in a large group for a Bachelor party and was very happy with the service and cleaniness of the New Owners of the Oasis Motel.
The 3 rooms we had accomodated 16 (2 family suites - 6/room, 1 standard Suite - 4/room) and were clean, had fresh towels, mini fridge and and AC that pumped cool air.
It was...

We arrived to the Oasis Motel after a terrifying drive through the Toronto Tornadoes.
It's a Motel, so what you see is what you get, but I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the night. There are new owners who have just taken over and are doing a great job, very polite and even kept the...

My husband and I took our children to niagara falls for 2 nights, as we do every year. We like to stay somewhere inexpensive to use the money saved on attractions! We know what to expect from an inn or motel. But this was a shock, there was NO phone, phone book, clock or alarm clock, also NO remote for... more
This place is great. The room and most importantly the bathroom was clean. Everything worked as it should. We were literally a 10 minute walk from the Falls and the nightlife. The price was great and we got everything we would have paying double across the way at a hotel.
For a young couple or young family this is the...

room was clean. No refrigerator, microwave, phone. there was a TV but i couldn't find the remote.
washroom is clean and there were nice towels. i got friendly treat at the receiption too. the location is also good from american falls. i think its a nice cheap motel. btw, they have worst internet in the world.
I stayed here in Sept. 2008. The rooms are good size and very clean. OK the motel does not have room service, or telephones but that is why it is a motel and not a hotel. Also the cost of the rooms is about half the price of all the major hotels in Niagara Falls. Rooms are well kept and... more
Too much noice, To many people in many room. Unit 15 ,my friend and I we count at least 16 adults in that room.

no fridge..$5.oo bag of ice....no micro-wave......

This motel is in a great spot for the city that doesn't seem to go to bed. It is just far enough away about 2 blocks from the action. (we were there for the 4th of July). They do have wireless internet. They have tons of coupons and the 3 nights we were there the ladies at the office were... more
I stayed at this motel recently with some friends. Good location, quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Would go back again. Brian NY
i say this motel was very cheap in price. it was right on the main strip and very close to everything. its a simple and clean place for the people who would rather spend their money on the attractions. i will go back again
TLO
Let me start off with the only good thing about it, it is very close to the attractions.
Now for the other stuff.
For just over $200 for two nights, all you get is a place to sleep. There was no phone, no room service. You are charged for ice. If you want to use a phone, you have to...

I've stayed here many times with friends. We are 25. The Oasis is one of the better of the motel accomodations. It's not a major hotel chain, so you have to expect that it won't be the greatest.
The rooms are clean and good sized. The location is perfect. It's basically on Clifton Hill, so you are right there. You...

Great value...great location....very close to the Clifton Hill tourist district. Perfect for anyone who would rather spend their money on the many attractions available than a fancy room.
The room was very basic..two double beds, a colour TV. Washroom had hot water immediately...shower pressure was great...what more do you need? The outdoor pool was a bonus. Free parking was a...
