Very good value for money
October 02, 2014We had a small two bedroom. Both rooms were very small. However, there was a small kitchen which was nicely equipped. This would be a great place for a family if they wanted to keep the cost down. It was very clean and compact. There was also a nice outside common area with patio tables and bbq's. It's also very close to the beach.

September 20, 2014We - two couples - rented a two-bedroom unit, presumably paying for the extra bedroom, then were charged an extra $20 a day for the third and fourth people. Presumably the room price included washing linen from two beds. We washed our own dishes. Why the surcharge which pushed what had seemed like a reasonably priced hotel into the $100+ a day range? Clean, comfortable casual accomodation.
September 15, 2014I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful lady in the office, who showed me to my room, how to operate the TV etc. And said to let her know if I needed anything. I did, I needed directions to the blues festival I was there to attend. She gave me a map she had marked with the route.Very nice visit!

Great staff, very close to the beach, excellent !
August 31, 2014We stayed there for the weekend and the experience was really great. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of different facilities for entertainment like board games, fire pit. The area is small but cozy and not a lot of noise. Really good place for a relaxing weekend.

August 11, 2014Hotel is close to stores,restaurants and 3 minutes walk from one of the quieter beaches. I would gladly return to this hotel anytime and strongly recommend it to any guests. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Rooms also have all facilities and well-equipped if one wishes to prepare own meals.

When was the last time?
June 03, 2014When was the last time your host actually walked you to your room? When was the last time there was a small box of chocolates waiting for you in the room? This hotel was a pleasant surprise as the room was near the water, clean, comfortable for a very low price. Would stay here again.

Close to Wasaga Beach
May 30, 2014The only advantage I noticed with this motel was that it was close to the beach area. Room was a lot different than the pictures posted on the website (maybe other rooms are like that which I am not aware of). I will give plus points on service level and cleanliness.

We loved the Oasis by the Bay
May 14, 2014The Oasis absolutely exceeded our expectations! The check-in was quick and the front desk person was helpful and curteous. The apartment was spotless and fully equiped with cutlery, plates, even a milk pitcher. BBQs were right outside the door, well-maintaned and clean - we just had to turn the knobs to get the grill going. The beach is 2 minutes away. We'll be coming back!!!

April 28, 2014Nice family hotel close to beach, not fancy but just fine for family stay to go to beach. Great to have kitchen to make most simple meals, even a number of barbques on deack areas to make a good feast with, and not have to wait for others.

March 24, 2014We booked 2 units on expedia.ca and by call-in. Both received confirmation email of $75/night per unit. However at check-in, we were asked to pay $99 which is their new Spring rate.
