My hygienist was great, very personable...

My hygienist was great, very personable and friendly. I had to wait almost half an hour to see Dr Kazdan after my cleaning was finished, so if this wait time could be cut down I know I (and probably many other patients) would appreciate it.

The staff is always friendly but I was not happy about having to make two separate appointments for a cleaning. I have a baby at home, so it's not always covenient to find someone to watch him so having to come back twice was inconvenient for me.

I felt it was very unprofessional...

I felt it was very unprofessional of Dr Solomon(who is NOT my dentist) to come into the treatment room during my crown procedure..first to hassle the hygienist and then to nag Dr Kazdan during a procedure. The reps could have waited.

Then had to wait for my 10:30 appointment to get half of my teeth cleaned. I have to go back next year to get the rest of my teeth cleaned. Really ???

Very good dentist! Was recommended to me by a co-worker and have scince recommended her to others. Very friendly, knowledgable, professional, empathetic and kind. Had a root canal done and walked away wondering what all the negativeness about root canals were all about!! She is also wonderful with my children. I trust her and value her.

What can I say about a woman who refused treatment? She should have lost her licience for the lack of treatment I recieved. Instead of reprimand from the group who oversee dentist ethics. While I am sure she is a good dentist. She refused to address my emergency issue. I walked out of her office really enraged. Plus her staff know nothing of the office policies and had wasted an hour of my time.
