2010 Altima 60,000 km VDC and slip light came on. So I take to 417 Nissan and they tell me I need Brakes, there cost approximately 1200.00$ plus taxe....Little do they know im a mechanic myself. so I got to CAPS and buy 4 rotors and 4 pads and take my brakes apart only to see that they didn't need to be changed. If you want to experience high pressure sales by the used sales team, this is the place to go. Have you guard up!

I could not agree more with Jason in the first review. You have to keep your guard up with these amateur salesmen. Very little sense of customer care. Best to avoid dealerships like this one and if it's inevitable only get your car serviced at 417.

After having my Infiniti serviced, I received some exceptionally bad customer service. Tried to voice my concerns in person (face to face) and was ignored by rep. At the other end of the service counter, other people were complaining as well, something is surely wrong at this dealership. AVOID!!! and go elsewhere.

Very friendly, great attitudes of the staff, clean building, genuine customer service... something rare to find these days. great place, will always come back!

I recently bought a car from 417 Infiniti Nissan and I experienced the worst service I ever had. Sales persons and management displayed a poor customer service and were only focused on concluding the deal as soon as possible. I would not advise anyone to deal with 417 Infiniti Nissan.
