I agree with the previous review. Nissan Canada has horrible customer service. I purchased an brand new sentra and it had many problems with it due to the recall. They just ignored the fact of the problems i was receiving. But at the end i had to find my own mechanic to get it repaired so at the end it was a lost for me. Customer service appears to be good, but customer satisfaction completely horrible. The customer relations representative will make verbal promises just so you stop talking to her. Nissan Canada does not have a good customer support record.
