Horrible
Poor customer service. Very wishy washy on return policies. Don't tell you items are final sale until u try and return ( and are not marked as such) then give you in store credit that expires in 30 days.
Was not treated good by staff, will never spend another dime here. Don't even deserve the one that I rated.

These guys are flat out scam artists!
They sold me a faulty tv an wouldn't let me return it without a 20% restocking fee!
Total a@!%!**s and will screw you any way they can!

I saved more than $500.00 on my new Fridge and stove buying from New Country Appliances. I highly recommend checking their prices before buying anywhere.
