For a small town the service was excellent delivered in a professional manner.
We were there on a Wednesday night at 8:30 and it was very quiet.

Great Dinner, great service, elegant atmosphere

We enjoyed our dinner and would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice evening out while in Owen Sound. Steak was done perfectly, scallops were delicious and the coconut cream pie was the perfect end to a perfect meal! We will be back on our next trip to Owen Sound

OK but doesn't live up to the hype

We've been here a couple times now based on others recommendations but both times we found the food to be average, a little over-priced, and even the atmosphere is lack-luster. Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible, but just not my cup of tea.

Have never been here before. Was in the area for business and was recommended to eat here. Was impressed with the atmosphere, service and great food. Ordered my steak medium rare and was deliver with perfection. Not something many places can get right. Thanks for the experience.

Cuisine to Remember

I recently enjoyed a meal at Nathaniel's during the Winterlicious event in Owen Sound and it was some of the best food I have had...flavourful soup, tender grilled steak, and coconut cream pie. You can tell fresh ingredients are used in the "from scratch" food. I would go back! Also, the service was wonderful!

The food and service are impeccable, we always go for special occasions, prices are not bad either considering quality of food and great wine selection.

Excellent Steak

I have eaten at Nathaniel's many times and would definitely recommend it. My husband and I usually go there for special occasions. I love the awesome bacon wrapped scallops and the perfectly grilled tasty filet mignon. If you have room, you must try the coconut cream pie!! :) Yum!!

Felt pampered and will definitely be back

Neither the restaurant or the server knew it was my birthday, and I felt totally pampered. The server was attentive without being obtrusive and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming on a cold winter evening and I will definitely be back.

I’ve been given rave reviews of this resturaunt. It fell short. All I can say is that I went with a large group and with drinks etc it was about $75-125 per person.

The orders were wrong. Meat too undercooked, too well cooked, allergens included, special requests ignored – this was not the fault of the wait staff. It was actually ignored by the chef who was rude when we spoke with him!
