Seriously the worst customer service ever. Management refused to come out of the back room to talk to me over a return that they refused to do. Imagine that! Just had my makeup done st Murale for a wedding, I was so happy with results! Bought a few of the items used to give me some of the same look/help for everyday. Chey was fabulous and so helpful.

I love this store, and the sales associates go above and beyond to ensure that you find the products you are in search of. They carry high end to mid range cosmetics, you also can purchase bRk water bottles there, they have a huge selection. Part Shoppers and part Sephora, this is a makeup junkies dream come true. Located in the Shops of Don Mills it's an extremely clean and well laid out space. Not cramped aisles like other stores.

Major plus on having enough staff around that you can easily get assistance when needed. You can try products out and get mini makeovers

I really love this store. It's the only Murale for a long ways, it might be the only one in Southern Ontario...or at least in the GTA. I've been coming here since they opened. Went there to find a new foundation, the lines are 'meh' and I expected a lot better lighting. The girl who helped me didn't even try and match it on my skin and seemed like she didn't care to be there at all. I don't need to twist someone's arm to sell me something do I? I ended up going back to MAC.

I have been dying to go here, but I waited until I was at the max level of Optimum points to go and splurge on a bunch of free stuff! I went for the first time today. I always come here for skin care and beauty products. This store has quality items you won't find at Sephora. I never had problems looking for stuff I want. Staff knows different brands well in the store, so if you ask for advice they will tell you which product will suit your skin best.

I was so excited when this first opened last year. I went a few months after grand opening to get my eye brows waxed from the Benefit Brow Bar (I know, a very delayed review!). Ooooh, I love it here.  It is pricey, but that is to be expected given the nature of the business.   They have top of the line products and the staff are very helpful and friendly without being pushy.I am much more comfortable here than at Sephora.

It feels so clinical.

I love make-up, cosmetics, products, but Murale just didn't do it for me. Sure they have a broad selection. From high end to drug store brands, they carry it all, but I just wasn't diggin the vibe.

As much as I love Sephora - can we talk about the joke of a "reward points" program they offer? Spend $100 (before taxes) and receive a free sample. Really. That's what it is. You select between 3 "deluxe" samples offered at the time, which are usually products that don't excite me in the slightest.
