Basic hotel for sleeping only.

I haven't stayed at a Hotel 6 before. Price was right but you get what you pay for. These are very basic rooms; for example, there is no coffee maker or iron. My guess is that this hotel has wood frame construction with thin walls, so there is the potential for it to be quite noisy. Fortunately, I came in late and left early, so wasn't bothered by noise.

Basic

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. It was, however, dated, the mattresses has padded liners to make them slightly more comfortable and the decor tacky. I'm not sure if I'd stay again unless some upgrades were made.

Nice clean hotel, felt welcomed with puppy in tow.

I would stay here again. The price was great. The staff was friendly and my puppy was allowed to stay as well. Overall, a good experience.

Family in London Visit

The room was clean. Two queen beds were comfortable. Microwave & fridge, freezer needed defrosting. The bathroom was compact. Lots of towels.The pool was wonderful, deep end was not over six feet. There was a ball tournament in the city at time of my visit. These clients were a bit noisy.

Nice

We only needed a place to stay for the night. Check in and out was quick. The motel in itself is outdated but it was clean. I wouldn't stay there if we were going for more night.

Over priced for what you get.

One stafff member was very helpful, the other not so much. The room was clean enough, getting extra towels or pillows is almost impossible. Not very much value for the money, I would not stay here again unless the price was significantly lower.

Comfort

I woke up with severe back pain from the mattress. Tried taking a hot bath to feel better but the tub is shaped weird and I could sit properly.

Disapointing

Hotel was nice but the cleaniness is terrible. Burn holes on the carpet. Holes on the sheets. Couch was so bad I had to get a sheet to cover it so I could sit on it. Garbage under the couch so that tells me it had not been moved for awhile. Were there 2 nights. there was 2 garbage cans, only 1 emptied. surprising for a motel 6

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The whole experience was definitely pleasurable. We will be staying there any time we go to London.

Great value

We enjoyed our night here,clean room,comfy beds and pillows,grandsons loved the pool,good cooffee in the a.m. large parking lot for big vehicles,great location near 401,and shopping, and pet friendly for our puppy. Will definately return. Good value for 65.99 per night.

good hotel overall

Room was clean and it had a fridge and microwave. A little pricey but maybe since it was the weekend.

Wheel Chair Accessible Room not very accomodating

I was very disappointed in the wheelchair accessible room. Although the room was very large it was not set up very well. There were no chairs to sit on if you wanted to watch tv, the bathroom had no hook for hanging the shower head on to wash your hair and no drawers to put clothes away if you hate living out of a suitcase.

Dirty hotel and rude staff

I would have rather slept on the streets this hotel was disgusting the staff was very rude. She told us you had to be 19 to book there and when we arrived she told us the age was 21 so we had to go find abother hotel which was wonderful !

Excellent value for the money

Excellent value for the money. We just needed a clean place to stay with the kids as a stop over. Nothing fancy and few amenities, but that is fine. Clean and quiet, with a very reasonable price

Too noisy

It's sounds cliche but we had some neighbors having fun on the other side of the room and we heard everything, even with the air conditioner on.... Otherwise, it would have been an OK stay but noisy neighbors = no sleep. :(

Close to Storybook Gardens

Hotel close to everything. Staff very friendly. Pool area nice and water warm! Quiet hotel! Only problem were cigarette holes in our blanket in a non-smoking room.

Good Commuter Property

This hotel is close to the 401, close to a mall and restaurants. Clean and fresh, good pool, great to bring the family to. Price was reasonable compared to surrounding hotels. I'd stay here again.

We picked this Hotel with thoughts of a nice Hot Tub Spa after a long drive the water was nice and hot but the jets were not working. Also the lighting wasn't working properly in the pool area. Very worthwhile

Worth money, clean, good location.

Good experience

We weren't aware we had to prepay for our stay. That isn't an issue just wasn't prepared for that. My wife asked why motel6 has that policy (as we have never had to do that at any other hotel) and the reply was "it is to curb the booking of rooms" for nefarious purposes. Other than that it was fine! Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly!

Reasonably clean for the price

Friendly staff, quiet, corridors, clean room and bathroom. ample free parking. Mattress felt a bit uncomfortable but can't complain when price is compared. Overall, good hotel for a night's stay.

My stay at Motel 6 was wonderful! The hotel was exactly who and what they promised. My room was very clean. The pool was clean and the staff were absolutely great. Decent hotel for the value

The hotel was close to the highway and good for a one night stay. The staff didn't seem impressed to be working and they really pushed you out the door at checkout time. All in all, it was good for what we needed it for

Substandard hotel with neglectful staff

Stayed 2 days. Second day bed wasn't made. Waiste basket wasn't emptied. Towles where never replaced. When checking out I stated what had happened or for that matter didn't happen. I was told it was a long time employee and that my complaints were going to be ignored.
