Superb meat and lobster

We came on a Sunday evening and found a barely half full restaurant. All classical style and very well maintained. We did choose the Ahi tuna tower, white and red whine plus filet mignon and lobster tail. All perfect and with a very attentive service so we can highly recommend Morton's.

Overall I was expecting to have a great meal and probably pay too much for it. Two of us went and it was not cheap but the most was impeccably prepared and cooked and was as one would expect; delicious. It's not cheap especially the sides...but most can be shared as the portions are generous and I would go back for a special occasion.

Not worth the price

Steaks were average at best, and not cooked to my liking. Mashed potatoes (one purportedly being enough to serve 2 -- false) were small and oddly flavoured at $13.

Good steak, like all Morton's

We had a nice dinner. Steaks and mashed potatoes. The service was good. Make sure to get a booth. It was a better Morton's then some of the others ones I've been to. No wine and desserts cost us about 185 US.

Great Steak-house

Morton's is consistently good at what it does....great steaks. Its expensive, but it always delivers the same in terms of quality food.

We go to Morton's to celebrate special occasions and the food is consistently good! My husband and kids had delicious steaks. I don't eat meat and the fish options are always great.

The filet was tremendous. The salmon was average (I know...why would my wife order salmon?). The scallops, as an appetizer, were fantastic. Obviously, it's an expensive meal but the service and quality of the steaks were great.

Birthday Dinner

We took my husband to Morton's to celebrate his 70th birthday. We were welcomed at the door and escorted to our table promptly. The food was excellent and the service by our waiter "Steve" was the best. Lamb is one of my favourite meats and the chops I had were some of the best I have ever tasted. We would definitely recommend Morton's to anyone looking for a great meal - expensive but worth it.

I'm sad to say that after over 10 years of frequenting Morton's this will likely have been my last visit. Ever since the ownership change the service has gone down the tubes. Dinner at Morton's

It was an overall pleasant experience and the food was good. Appetizers were a little disappointing as the cocktail shrimps were a little soft and the ahi tuna tower, the amount of avocado was overwhelming in relation to the tuna and wonton crisps. However the service was wonderful and all the mains/steaks were excellent.

This is my fav restaurant in the city bar none. The steak is the best, always made to perfection. The apps are also excellent. Would highly recomment esp if you are a steak person.

The best filet mignon

Most delicious filetmignon that I ate for a long time. The parmesan and truffle matchstick french fries are also delicious. However in my opinion the dessert menu is poor. Cheesecake is something between cheesecake and creme bruelle.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable dinner. The service is second to none. The salads are massive and so is the bread roll that they bring to the table - next time we would ask them not to bring it. Steaks were perfect!

I love going to Morton's. Their rib-eye, bone-in steak is great and ranks as one of the best I've ever tasted. On another visit I also enjoyed one of the best lobster that I've ever tasted. I also love the fact that you can bring your own bottle of wine!

It was ok but nothing more. One side only arrived on the bill though the plate never did reach the table. Filet and seafood was underwhelming with shrimp and scallops overcooked and dry. Morton salad ok but hardly a specialty. Desserts were fine. Chilean sea bass fine as well. Nothing to cause a return visit.

just went to Morton's Toronto and I was hungry. Chopped house salad was inedible and the steak was more fat than meat. And for this I was charged handsomely....
For half the price there certainly is better.

Retirement party fit for a Queen

I was at Morton's this spring to celebrate my SIL's early retirement with family and friends. The service was great. the win list in particular was amazing and the steaks of course - fabulous. Located in Yorkville its a great spot for any type of celebration or a quiet dinner date for two.

I love if I have to dine on my own, I can sit at the bar and not feel alone.

Went to Morton's after a late meeting on a Wednesday night. Service was fantastic and the steaks cooked perfectly. It is old-school steakhouse atmosphere but standards are kept high. We had a great time and felt spoiled by the staff.

Good food like in all Morton's Steakhouses. The choice of wines was a bit limited, especially in terms of Pinot Noir from the West coast (e.g. no wines from Oregon's Willamette Valley on the wine menu).

I was looking for a good steak dinner and this place delivered. A red meat haven. Service was good, food was great, but pricey. Considering it's a chain, it was better than I was expecting.
