A leak developed in the bathroom of my condo. Milani's plumber arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and tidy. Will call them again for routine maintenance or if any problem should arise.

Jas and his team are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We have used Milani many times, so when we purchased a new home that needed a new furnace and hot water tank we called Milani. From the quoting process to the installation Milani's team was great. Wouldn't use anyone else they are fast to respond and very knowledgeable.

I booked a estimate to install new Air Conditional system, after they confirmed the appointment a few days ago, their technician didn't show up in the morning of the estimate day, I called the office to ask if they are coming or not, they postponed the appointment by three hours, after I waited three hours for them to show up, they still didn't, I called the office for explanation, they hanged... more

24\7 service, BBB rated and whereas other "highly" rated plumbers didnot respond until the next morning or could not confirm job dec 23 before the holidays. Though a bit pricey, the service guy was competent, seemed professional and fixed the boiler on time for holidays.

I came in to get a consultation on something and they sat down with me for about an hour and got me acquainted with the company and what they had to offer. No firm decision has been made as of yet, however, honestly it was the best presentation that I was given and the time and care that was given to me was not only respectful of my mine, encouraging and made me feel good about the company.

The worst boiler repair experience ever... They missed their appointment window by 5 hours and 6 hours (had to come back because they did not have the part even though we emailed them pictures of the part number) , charged us $50 to pick up the part they had at their shop, came and replaced it on our boiler, charged us time for the fellow to train his partner.. Early Friday afternoon my pipes outside had burst due to the sudden cold snap. I managed (after calling several companies) to get Milani Plumbing to come and help with our emergency. Within minutes the water was shut off and problem solved. The burst copper pipe was repaired and the stress was over. Thank You for the great service and most of all the concern Milani put into helping our situation.
