I really enjoy my visits to this location. Chris is always there to greet and seat my family. The food is homemade and always fresh. Great breakfasts and their supper specials are a great deal. Restaurant is clean and atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone looking for good food. Desserts wow! Try the baklava!!

Best place to eat!

Whether its for Break fast or Dinner, this is the place to visit. when it comes to breakfast, have very good options on different Omelette's and best french toast. I would definitely recommend for Turkey dinner at this place , its one of their best menu item! And last thing i remember, Never forget to try Bloody Ceasar... more

Awesome food in town..

Clean, upscale. Our table of 6 was asked several times if the food was to our liking, and the service was attentive without being clingy. Thumbs up. I do not frequently experience service like that in restaurants anywhere, so it stands out.I would definitely recommend Turkey dinner.

We went in with a large group, service was poor, waitress was loud obnoxious and rude. I had to ask for a menu and got a strait no! Food was good nothing spectacular but worth the money spent.

Hot Turkey Supper

Had 41 people for Christmas dinner, Supper was Awesome, we had fresh cooked Turkey, Dressing Cranberry Sauce, Garlic toast with Mash Potatoes.

Amazing Food and Service

Delicious food every time we go there. Excellent service. Welcoming staff. Worth the money for amount of food served with quality, quantity and taste. There are other restaurants in the city where I have spent same money for half the meal size.

I love Melrose Place. Yummiest dry ribs ever and the best soups and Greek salad.

disappointed

Hadn't been in a number of years. Made to wait with open tables. Opened the menu, sunday morning breakfast. My BLT was cold, dry bacon, a piece of wilted lettuce and a glob of some sort of mayo in the middle. Over priced and really disappointing! How hard is a BLT? Sorry, not going again.

Home cooked meals!

We recently ate breakfast @ Melrose Place and it was wonderful! We ordered their special spinach & feta omelette and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend this restaurant.... AB

Great place to eat

Went to Melrose place 1st time recently and it was a great experience. The owner was there to greet and meet, which is a rare thing these days. The food was great. My parents have been there many times before and they are always pleased with the meals and service. Had the classic chicken sovlaki with greek salad and the steak sandwich for my wife and both were excellent.

Lemon rice soup.

I cannot really stand by anything on their menu that I haven't had, which is difficult because all I order from here is lemon rice soup and cheese toast-- but let me say, I absolutely love those two items. I also dinned here once for breakfast and had a ham and mushroom omelette that was very delicious.

Awful Food

Had their advertised Turkey Dinner. Soup was hot. Potatoes basically cold with a white "glue" that was passed off for gravey on the potatoes, turkey. After telling the waitress the food was cool she mic'd it but really it should have been replaced with a hot meal. Obviously, the kitchen is incompetent.. It was more than disappointing. We only went because the girlfriend wanted to see the fish in the glass of the floor. I said well lets just get drinks because my last 2 times here the food was awful. We were hungry and gave in to it. Maybe it changed? Started with potatoe skins which were half burnt but bareable.I got 1/2 chicken with fetta and greek dressing on it. Worst experience ever!

Went here for breakfast with my husband a few years ago. Found a bug in my food, and a big one at that! We told the waitress who took our food away. She then came back with a bill for my husband's breakfast. We said we would not pay, so she said to tell the cashier. We went to the cashier, who was an older man, and told him what happened. Poor Service, Worse Attitude

We arrived about 5 pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant was not that busy. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees, both the daily special. A group of six was seated near us and although the ordered after us their food arrived before ours did. Our waitress apologized and said the the kitchen had "nearly forgotten" our appetizer.
