My sister and I enjoyed an hour long relaxation massage at the Serenity Spa by the Falls inside the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa. They greeted us promptly and were very courteous, the massage therapists were nice and gave excellent massages. They had a steam room and a shower available to spa guests. I highly recommend this spa.

This is a disappointing hotel. The staff, although halfway pleasant, don't seem to know essential facts about the area.I I am staying here just one night asked three questions, and each answer was totally incorrect. The hotel is great, but I was just notified by my bank today that my credit card had been "skimmed" at the Marriott's ATM machine and $500 had been withdrawn from my account. The view of the Falls was fantastic and the bed was comfy but I was disappointed with the traditional room decor, as it was VERY dated (i.e. floral wallpaper and borders, tiny dark shower...) Perfect Anniversary destination

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at the Marriott Fallsview and we were beyond thrilled with our stay. We were on the 15th floor overlooking the gorgeous Niagara Falls and were in awe by our view. I highly recommend staying in one of the Superior Room Fallsview rooms to have this amazing view. The room was comfortable, the lobby was beautiful and we also enjoyed a nice swim in the pool.

Our experience at the Marriott was good from start to finish. We were upgraded to a suite when we got there and the hotel staff at the front desk found out we were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary . The room included a Jacuzzi which my husband had wanted but funds did not allow us to reserve a room with one. My only regret was that we could not stay longer than anticipated .

Nice fallsview, nothing else!

Good check in. The familly room on the 14th floor was old fashion, needed to be refurbished. the window can't be closed! Nice view but if you dont want a fallwiew there is no interest to choose this hotel, expensive for the quality of the facilities. From the outset, i.e. check-in, the staff attitude was very professional, friendly and accommodating. It's many fallsview rooms offer an outstanding view of the both the Canadian and American falls. We choose the Marriott for our regular visits to the Falls. Staff extremely courteous and well informed. They've enlarged the gym which boasts new/more equipment. However, they use warm water as opposed to hot in the spas. Steam room and dry sauna are never more than tepid. Guess they want to save on the electric bill. Otherwise an excellent accommodation. Another chair or two would be convenient. Hand holds in shower could be placed more conveniently. They are hard to find hidden behind the shower curtains. TV remote does not respond consistently & accurately.

We picked the hotel in case the weather was poor. We chose a room with a view of the falls in case we could not enjoy the outdoors. It was a beautiful room and had everything we needed. We would recommend it to anyone!

Wifi

We first connected to wifi in the lobby as we were having a drink there. When we applied for guest wifi at a fee we were unable to send emails. After lengthy telephone conversations with the technical assistant we were unable to be upgraded to the full access wifi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 11th floor and the views of the falls were amazing. The location was very convenient to many of the Niagara Falls attractions and the bus service. My family of 5 had a wonderful one night stay at the hotel. We had a fantastic view at the 10 floor overlooking the two falls. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were courteous, furniture are up to date. Wish we could stay longer.

I took my aunt (who has never been to Niagara Fall) and my parents on this trip. All three of them are over 70 years old. I want to give them a trip that they will remember forever. Room 1922, one of the best views ever. We did need maintenance twice for small things and they were friendly and efficient. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Cleaning woman was exceptional. Asked if we needed extra towels as we arrived. The only thing that wasn't good was room service. Our complaint was that we went to take the shuttle to dinner only to be told that it isn't a courtesy shuttle but that there is a fee per person for it and it only makes 4 specific stops. Almost everything about the hotel was perfect. The room was two levels with an incredible view of the falls. The hotel was very clean and modern. Our only complaint was the couch in our sweet was not comfortable. It seemed really out of place in a room where everything else was high end. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no better view then from the Fallsview room! The pictures do not lie! The staff was nice. The only downside is that the parking situation. The self parking is two blocks away and the Valet parking is $30.

Perfect Wedding Experience!

My husband and I were married in Niagara Falls in 2007. We live in Florida, so we married & honeymooned in Niagara. We spent five nights at the Marriott, and it was 5 star fantastic! The room was very clean and the view was excellent. The jacuzzi was great and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.
