So...I feel compelled to review this location.
The three stars are for the selection. I came here exclusively to get some pieces from the Lissa Bowie collection and they had a lot of great inventory.
Unfortunately for them they had absolutely no interest in serving us. I only purchased the ring my sister liked because she was with me or else I would have walked out. They were border line...

You will find the store next door to the 2nd cup, sort of in a lower level of the Rideau Centre, resembling a basement (except we walked up stairs from the parking garage to get here). The only natural light coming into the store was streaming down from an upper level, over the stairs.
