This place is relatively cheap in terms of drinks. It's a fairly fun ambience with the popcorn machine and jenga. They play pretty solid music as well. The bartenders are hot or miss in terms of service. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get in and nowhere to sit but you win some, you lose some.

Food is okay. It's decent and if you're drunk, you'll probably love it. I however was sober and we just wanted cheap food for an easy dinner out, and it wasn't great. The Paris Poutine had way too much heavy Hollandaise sauce and my friend's Homer Burger was interesting but pretty small and greasy. The cauliflower "wings" were good but there were literally only 5 in the serving.

Nice place for good food, good drinks, and fun. I came here very late at night and was craving bar food. I ordered poutine at a very cheap price. The poutine was delicious. The place has a few pool tables, a table where people were playing pong, and many jenga sets around. I definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for cheap bars.

The old hatters was way better. This new space is cool, but the "DJ" on Saturday was horrible. The crowd in here is probably 18-30 years old and he was playing 70s-80s music all night... which is fine to throw in the mix but hatters was once a space for 90s and early 2000s kids to hang out... disappointed with the s@!%!y DJ choices - the waitresses were amazing though, huge props to them!!!

The bar is very fun and has a lot to do, however on Saturday (August 12) the dj was horrible. He was not mixing his own music and ONLY played music from the 70's to 80's, even thought the majority of clients were much younger. It completely ruined the vibe of the night. A fun pub in downtown Montreal! Filled with young crowd, this place sure was very happening and loud.
The space was quite big and the bar was very busy on a Thursday.

Great hidden bar with a great atmosphere. Pool, ping pong, and Jenga kept us entertained for hours. Food is cheap but good and beer is reasonably priced. The margarita shots were cheap but had very minimal alcohol content. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Nice find in Montreal!

Came to Montreal on a senior week trip, and we accidentally stumbled into this pub and it was the best night we ever had. Drinks are amazing and cheap! They play great music and have pool tables and giant jenga! Highly recommended.

Found this little place when we were looking for a place for happy hour. It's right on Crescent street and just below ground level. Very casual bar style decor with pool tables in the back and lots of bar seating.

Came here with a group of friends and the staff was super friendly. Our waitress was obviously harried but she did well coming back repeatedly to make sure we were taken care of and that matters to me. I also appreciated they reserved a huge section for our large group.

Nice renovation. Service was fine. I asked the server for an add-on to my order THREE times but to no avail the server forgot. Staff are quite nice and respectful. No complaints other than that.
