Business stay. 2 nights. 4th floor King Suite. Blood stain on wall under bathroom light switch. Stains in bathtub. "Sleep Number"-type bed didn't work, making for an uncomfortable 2 nights. AC/Heater unit in bedroom area did not work. Onsite construction severely limited parking space availability.

This hotel is expensive for what it is..... The bed was rock hard - I mean Flintstones hard. The TV - big old box, must have got them really cheap when some other hotel upgraded to flatscreens. The sofa - scary looking - like an upholstery or furniture making class's beginners assignment.

Usually stay here when I'm in London for business. No frills hotel, but great if you need a quiet place for a night or two. New this time was a free breakfast voucher in the restaurant in the lobby. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Washroom is just okay.

Hockey tournament weekend. Hotel was fine. Check-in could have been better. Really enjoyed restaurant on site Smoke & Bones - great smoked wings but pricey - doz for $19. Where should I start after spending 3 nights at the Marriott in Vaughn, I wish I had booked the Marriott here aswell but this was closer to the conference I was attending. 1st I was told I needed to make a deposit, when I had already paid for my entire stay on line, no wonder they did'nt pursue it after I refused to pay again, but I was irrate to find additional charges to my credit card upon... more

Decent.

Decent, rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. The bathrooms were old and needed some serious updating, shower was kind of gross. Sleep Number bed was fun to try out! We also stayed at the Sheraton Four Points which was right down the road from Radisson....if I could do it all over, I'd rather stay at the Sheraton again.

Surprising London Ontario

The hotel exterior seems run-down and the commom areas are mediocre and unpromising. On the other hand, my room was large, comfortable, clean and first-rate. This very nice room with plush beds and pillows included Wi-Fi and a refrigerator. I was also quite happy with breakfast at the Timbers restaurant next door - I wish I had had a chance for lunch or dinner there with the coupons provided... more

“As I said I asked for non-smoking rooms. After trying more than once the staff kept telling me all their rooms are non-smoking but eventually I was moved to a room that had a non-smoking sign on the door unlike the other rooms they tried to give me earlier. It was a Radisson in London, On, but frankly is overdue for renovations, old carpet, old TV, pretty much old everything.”

“Breakfast was not included. We were charged for a bottle of water that was left out on a table for us. The thermostat in our room didn't work the first night so we had no air conditioning. We will not go to this hotel again.”
