“Not fancy but it works, still had a great time.”
February 26, 2013This hotel is just ok. The beds were kind of hard but the pillows were very soft. There weren't very many outlets in the room that weren't already being used by lamps and the tv. There was a used towel in the bathroom when we got there and I asked for 2 days for a hair drier and each time they didn't have one. “Perfect downtown hotel on a budget”
February 26, 2013We spent three nights here and were very happy. The rooms are very, very spacious since it is a converted apartment building. While the cleanliness of the room and general upkeep of the place could have been better, it certainly was livable and what we expected given the price. All in all a great place to stay if you're on a budget. Perfect location!

“OK hotel for the money”
February 26, 2013We went off the reviews on Expedia, and we were very disappointed. It would be a good hotel for some college kids looking to party. Did not want to spend a minute longer than we had to in the room. The room was clean and tidy, but just had an overall dingy/dirty feeling to it. Free parking was nice.

My room was on the side nearest the road and I could hear traffic outside most of the night. My room was also near the elevator which was very noisy going up and down and then opening on my floor.
I also was cold in my room, but there is now heat control in the room. It is managed by the hotel staff for the entire hotel. He said he would turn it on for a while, but I was still cold and ended up...

I was charged too much money for the Saturday night portion of my booking so I will no longer book this place unless the price is right. “not the best place on the block”

“not impressed”
March 06, 2012Hotel is in a nice downtown London location and has a secure garage. The clerks were not the friendliest but not rude. There was no alarm clock in the room, and it took forever to get hot water in the bathroom. The room smelled funny as well. The bed was comfortable, however.

“not the Ritz but.......”
November 23, 2010Best downtown rate for a somewhat tired but otherwise satisfactory suite. About a block from the London Convention Center and half the cost of the adjoining hotel. Safe, clean and comfortable works for me for a week . Plus I like the suite with kitchen. I would certainly stay there again.

Not so great.
February 14, 2010Hotel was not that great. Ants in the shower. This place needs a makeover. The space worked well. But no way to control heat in different rooms of the suite. One room was cold. The other too hot.

Excellent bargain!
December 01, 2009This place is really great. I wish I found out about it months ago instead of wasting tonnes of company money at other hotels in the downtown core. I used to stay at the "pricer" hotels before I discovered this gem. The nightly rates were much, much, cheaper than the other hotels downtown for the quality of the room you get here. “Close to downtown”
September 29, 2009Hotel has free parking and is within walking distance of downtown London. However, on the weekend I stayed I was interupted all night long by other guest who were returning from parties. When I finally called the desk they immediately were able to get the guest to return to their rooms quietly.

September 11, 2008Stayed here for two nites. The rooms were large, maybe not the best I've stayed but definately not the worst either. The room was clean but some of the furniture was worn. Located in downtown London it offers excellent point to access all aspects of London not to mention the availability of Restaurants and activities within walking distance. August 25, 2006I stayed here with my wife and 2 small kids, and had a fine stay. The staff was great, and the value for price on comparison for other hotels downtown was magnificent. I travel alot with business, and this I was tottally satisfied with this hotel. The free high-speed wireless internet and local phone calls were a nice touch.

Never Again
May 23, 2006Apart from the stink of stale smoke, the garbage dumpster right outside our window, the dining table that was falling over, cupboard drawers that were falling off, the tiny hard bed and noise from above due to maintenace, drug busts going on in the parking lot, it was great. You get what you pay for I guess.
