They had a sale on a basic all in one copier, fax and xeroxer for under $200, therefore, picked one up for my home base station. I don't use the xeroxer much other than for Board of Directors confirmations. I use the fax machine part frequently when I am working from home. It is a color printer which is helpful. I got a deal on the printer, however, the ink is $80.

This is the worst store in terms of customer service.

After visiting at 4 other LD stores, I finally found a product that I was looking for,, by calling to this store. However, this store guy coldly rejected to hold the product only for 3 hours for my picking up, although they had 12 in stock. The other London Drugs stores are kind enough to hold a product even for one day.

The pharmacy handled my prescription professionally and the girl who helped me took the time to carefully explain everything I needed to know and thoughtfully answered all my questions. Needed a flash drive so went to London Drugs. Walked around the electronics/computer section for 15 minutes and walked by several sales clerks all chatting amongst themselves, clearly seeing me and choosing to ignore me. Sweet. I'm a girl, yes, but I do in fact know how to use a computer, and would surely like some customer service. Still nothing. Cool.

I was at this location a few days ago waiting for a prescription. I was very ill and had to wait alone because I had come to the walk in clinic and needed to prescription before I could go home. One of the floor staff was stalking shelves and saw how much pain I was in. She asked if there was anything she could get me, and after I said no, thank you but I just need to wait for the prescription... more

Nice and quite location in Kerrisdale area. They have underground parking and you can take the elevator up to the store.

It's unbeatable items on Sales occasionally!! Just over this weekend - Canada Day's sales $6 for 2 Lindt's chocolate!! $5 for 3 bottles (730ml) liquid detergent.

This is a really nice LD. It is probably one of the closest to me. The first time I went, however, I had a hard time finding the place. It isn't on 41st. It is tucked behind the Telus Store on East Blvd/42nd I think. It seems like I walked through a maze trying to find it. HA!

One of the better ones b/c not only for its underground parking, but the elevators lead directly from the parkade, unlike DT. so it's nice to be dry when it's raining.

And it's never crazy busy here too so no worry over long lineups.

Pretty standard layout, though not as big as the cambie/broadway one but w/ stoney kerrisdale, there's enough action out here to do other stuff.

The computer section was busy, but there was a fellow car club member who works there part time and he knows quite a bit about gaming stuff and computers. Ask for Diondi If you want gaming hardware, he's your guy.

It's nice to have an LD in the neighbourhood, and tonight I was able to spend some time around the area and walk around. Great neighbourhood.

Love this place especially when the lipsticks are 20% OFF. They are one of the 2 (I think) LD that has Sheisido and Elizabeth Arden.

The beauty staff gets a mixed review. One lady seems overworked and not into talking or sharing information.

I love my coffee grinder - cheaper than sears on sale.

Nicest staff ever! Helped the BF find what he needed right away. Great cosmetic section, many specials - and as always - a great selection of gum at the cash registers.

Why is it that Canadians have better gum than in America?
