This is the closest London Drugs to my home and I have found it really conveniently located near an entrance. I've purchased many items from here, including large furniture for my condo. Each time I visit I have had a memorable experience but not the good kind. All because of the poor customer service I have received from one particular, judgemental individual. DO NOT SHOP AT ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT bought a broken phone and they would not take it back saying I damaged it.
Very disappointed, will NOT be shopping here again.
This review is for the camera department.
Check stock online, roll in ample parking. Greeted by friendly staff who finds just what I am looking for and recommends a ridiculously good deal on memory cards. I am a happy camper! Friendly service, and no shaming when I opt out of the c@!%!y extended warrenty that covers, well nothing really.
London Drugs prices are higher than most places such as Walmart and Target.
I was disappointed that they did not price match an item that I purchased within the 15 days so I returned it. What happened to "Price Match Guarantee within 30 days"??

Parking is available anywhere around the mall. But if you're specifically here to go to LD, there's actually a small lot in the back that brings you straight to the front (back?) entrance from the outside.

Going to Brentwood, "but it's closed", yeah but London Drugs is still open! Usually, as they are the last one's to close in this mall. Coming to one, is like going to all the ones that are out there. Normal set up, to the right is cosmetics, and to the left electronics, where you will usually find me, and down the middle, product they are trying to push, and if you go to the back, the pharmacy,... more
I remember growing up in Saskatchewan . . . way back around the first moon landing. The country stores that carried everything from soup to nuts. You could buy saddles, electronics, groceries, furniture, and clothing.
Fast forward a year or two (or a decade or 4). The country stores are largely gone. But born in BC, we have a close equivalent. London Drugs. Electronics, music, kitchen...
