I visited this hotel in the spring of 2013. I attended a conference at a larger hotel, and moved into this boutique hotel with my boyfriend who came to meet me. Their rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail, complimentary ipads and coffee. Knowledgeable concierge. Overall a great experience. We loved it.

This is one little chic hotel. The staff are so lovely, I cannot fault this place. The room was so comfortable and ultra modern. They have complimentary bikes, try it out, we don't ride every day but it only took us one and half hours to ride around Stanley park, great way to see the park.

Staying here on my business trips & good to see that hotel had maintained it same from day one.
Staff very friendly, breakfast & dinner is very good in taste.

Weekend evasion in Vancouver

So far my favourite hotel in Vancouver. Very well located, modern decoration, and the French restaurant is a must. I had a room with a Terrace and it's great when sunny. I recommend this hotel to anyone who want to spend great time in Vancouver.

Break free from chain hotels

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise. The massage at the spa was also divine.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. I especially enjoyed the complimentary bikes they supplied us to travel around Stanley Park. I will most certainly stay again and recommend to all my friends.

I really liked the hotel. The decor was new. The room was large and modern the way I like. I loved the attentive room service. They check the rooms twice daily regardless and offer ice and small Lindt chocolate around 7:00 pm, this is not a big thing but the gesture is nice. Loved It!

I was only in Vancouver for 24 hours, but the location was perfect and convenient to walk to all desireable areas of downtown. I had to check out early and the staff assured me it would not be a problem getting a refund,[...] I regret not having the opportunity to try the food or drinks at the restaurant/bar, Voya. The room was very classy, clean and modern. I will definitely return!

The rooms are great: spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows (the 01 stack provides corner windows), huge bath with soaking tub, separate tile shower & commode; air-conditioning, nicely-decorated, and immaculate.

What a great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our main concern was traveling with a baby, since this was the first time we have done so. The hotel provided a crib at no additional cost. Great customer service, they really cared about us and tried to cater to all of our needs. Great location, just leave your car there and you can walk the whole town practically.
