Fish Market - Good mussels

We came here to get fresh seafood to cook at our accommodation. The service was good and the seafood was fresh. Definitely a place I would come to get seafood - beats going to the grocery store!

Great food, noisy family with little kids

Food was good, but the noise level caused by 2 kids at the next door table ruined the dining experience not just for us but for other 2 couples seated in the same room.
Suggestion for the Host or Hostess - seat the families with small kids in one area and mature couples (whose kids are adults) in another area.

Great location , ok overpriced food

Great spot on wharf, food disappointing , stale buns, chowder pasty? Mussels dry, no sauce but with sand . Oysters small but the clams were good. Sautéed Scallops not prepared correctly, must be inexperienced kitchen staff . Recommend for drinks and apps only,

Delighted in Charlottetown

The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The location, right at the water's edge, is perfect. The fish and chips were so good that we went back again 2 days later for more. And I am not usually a fish and chip fan!

Best Mussels and Lobster ever

We enjoyed this restaurant right on the waterfront in Charloottetown. The dinner for two was out of this world yummy! 3 lbs of mussels, a 2lb lobster each plus a bottle of wine. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Sydney, was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much we went back for a second time during our stay.

Great seafood chowder

The views were great and so was the seafood chowder with side of bread. We shared a bowl but could have each had our own. Also, the peel your own shrimp were fantastic and very tasty. Reasonably priced too.

Delicious supper

We were there,my husband and another couple for supper. Great crab cakes,fish ´n chips was the best I ever ate ,the fish chowder was succulent ,plenty of mussels and the desserts are to die for.

Great Place

Great way to start our PEI vacation. Food was awesome! The chocolate torte was fantastic. Lots of lobster, plenty of mussels.

Lobster supper on the patio oceanside

My wife and I were referered to this restaurant when we asked about a waterfront place to eat as we are from the prairies with no ocean view. The staff was fantastic and showed us how to eat the lobster. The view was fantastic. Food great. Service great. Price was pretold to us as it goes by the market price.

The food wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special either. Bread was plain boring dinner rolls from the grocery. It was too windy to sit outside but the views were nice.

We sat outside in perfect weather watching an oil tanker unload at the dock. The lobster quiche was wonderful, the service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves lobster!

This restaurant offers a good view of the harbor. The menu includes a selection of wonderful local oysters and lobsters. Need some work on the oysters

We are oysters lovers.
No question on the freshness of the food, but they were not cleaned enough and many pieces of the shell were presents.

Overpriced tourist trap

Very ordinary food. Many better lobster options in town. High priced for quality. Outside location on dock is pleasant and staff is friendly.

Our favorite Charlottetown seafood restaurant

We've eaten here a number of times on various trips to PEI and we've never been disappointed. This last visit was made better because our waitress, Taylor, was so friendly and helpful.
If you can't sit outside because of the weather, ask for a table overlooking the water.

Good Lobsters but Somewhat expensive

Setting and view are very good, but the lobsters were pricey. All four of us ordered 1 1/2 LB. lobsters, which were tasty, sweet, and fresh. Prices were somewhat high at $40 each, so basically you pay for the view on the waterfront. Atmosphere was pleasant but nothing special inside.

I beat the lunch rush and received great service. The food was on the pricier side, but not entirely unreasonable. I most enjoyed the lobster bisque; I started with one cup and ended my meal with a second.

Was ther 3 times an will not be back

Every thing taste of the same spice. Planco breading on all seafood takes away from the fresh seafood. On PEI the seafood will be fresh enough to give its own unique flavor, (do not take this away ).

Enjoyed a nice lunch, had the lobster bisque, quite good. Curried cream mussels were very good. Shrimps in white wine sauce not much flavour.

My favorite restaurant in Charlottetown

I eat here often when in the city. Great seafood. Amazing location overlooking the harbor. Casual dining. The atmosphere here is fantastic with the view of the water. Can eat outside in warmer weather also facing the water. If you are in the area, do try this place out.

We just arrived in Charlottetown late in the afternoon and was looking for a restaurant on the wharf area. The concierge recommend Lobster-On-The-Wharf. The seafood was very good at very reasonable prices. The décor was just average but nice restaurant.

Good Lobster and Meal

Delicious place to sit down and dine. We had a wonderful lunch when we were in Charlottetown. Clean, scenic place to enjoy a meal with the family. We had lunch with our little ones both of them got crayon and paper to be entertained while the meal came. Friendly staff and a good place to enjoy fresh seafood.

We found it a tad pricy but we figured as much going to a place like that, ( although still cheaper than what we can purchase seafood for in Alberta)

Our first visit to PEI this past August - and we found this to be our 'favourite' place to eat - servers were attentive and friendly and the food was fabulous. The views from the deck area were also a special added treat. A definite venue to visit !

Great location directly on the water. Located on Charlottetown harbour, the dining room provides a gorgeous view. One can watch cruise ships, sailboats or the beautiful Island scenes.
