Another great stay here, similar to my previous review, I did not hear any doors slam during my 3 day stay here this past weekend. Checkout on Sunday was at 3pm which was fantastic. We had a great stay . We had two rooms next door to each other and we loved that. The staff was great and very efficient and friendly. The rooms were very quiet and we got great nights sleep. Without staying at the hotel this time, I attended an international meeting, and was boeled over by the organisation, the service, the food catered for meals as well as snacks during breaks. The dining room with its double height ceiling and the service by staff were truly outstanding .

My new favorite hotel in Montreal.

The rooms are very large and luxurious - bigger than most new 1-bedroom condos being sold today. The entire hotel is renovated and all furniture is new. There is a convenient indoor drive-through valet area and the staff is courteous. Having stayed in every single 4-star and above hotel in Montreal over the years, I can say that this is my new favorite.

Convenient location with nice facilities

Really enjoyed our stay. The upgrade was also very much appreciated. The facility is very modern and clean. Would have given an even higher mark but I could have done without seeing a lewd act taking place in the hotel's glass-bottomed pool. Not the management's fault, I suppose, but it could be better monitored.

Great hotel close to Old Montreal

Loved the pool and hot tub. Bed was super comfy and room was very quiet on the 21st floor. All the staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly.

Good location

Friends stayed in Old Montreal and this was a short walk to where they stayed. Lots of restaurants to choose from within four or five blocks, unfortunately, to walk to Old Montreal, you have to pass a lot of homeless and panhandlers.

Modern amenities in Old Montreal

This hotel is everything you enjoy from a Westin hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. On a direct route from PE Trudeau Airport...25 minutes. Arrived on a Friday night at 9 pm and traffic was fine. I was able to walk to the Notre Dame Basilica easily...what a sight at night. Starbucks was a block away. Rue Saint Paul has some great restaurants and bars. Will come again.

Excellent experience at the Westin in Montreal. The management team was top notch and everything went on smoothly. I had an emergency in the middle of my vacation and the hotel staff was very supportive at all times. Overall I had a fantastic time at the Westin.

Exc large rooms - we had a double bed room with large windows looking out to Mount Royal - nice. Room was v clean and spacious. Hotel staff were all friendly and v helpful. Great experience - would recommend to any traveler

I don't recommend this hotel.

With how much they charge per night, your certainly don't get your money's worth. The staff are not helpful at all. You have to beg for a solid soap five times before anyone cares to act on it and bring you one. The internet is very slow and intermittent. No flexibility on check out time, regardless of any special circumstances.

We went there for lunch while we were at Palais des Congrès for les journées dentaires and we had a amazing lunch, service was excellent the ambience was great, we will defenitly go back! The food and presentation was awesome everybody loved it.

The restaurant had a well-priced table d'hôte lunch for $22. I chose the quinoa salad with rare tuna followed by pork with jerk spices and root vegetables. The meal was excellent and service was thoughtful and attentive, without being intrusive. I plan on returning.

I travel a lot and I can tell you - that is value for money. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Montreal!! Rooms are spacy, well furnished. Le Wonderful Westin

The staff is amazing and bends over backwards to make your stay a pleasure. The indoor pool and sauna is delightful (wish there was also outdoor space) Room service was delicious but took a little longer than ideal. Quick weekend trip

The room was comfortable and clean. But the housekeeping was erratic, to say the least. Our bath mat was taken the first morning and not replaced for the rest of the stay. Plus, despite being 2 adults in a 2-Queen bed room, we were constantly shorted on towels. Very odd. But really, the only major complaint.

Expensive, but well worth it for the location and amenities. So close to old Montreal and the waterfront. Be sure to check out the jetboats nearby!
