Staff is so attentive and charming. Room is causy and warm.
Great breakfast to start the day. Located close to good restaurants, lower city shops and museums and close to the funicular to the upper city. Nice in winter, probably really a great location in summer, right on the river.
There was a problem with our reservation upon arrival (wrong room), but this was taken care of swiftly and with an upgrade. The room was gorgeous, the service and staff were incredible, and the down duvet and pillows made me never want to get out of bed! Great hotels for couples looking for some extra romance :)
We arrived very late, after losing luggage intransit, and we took a cab to this hotel. Unassuming from the outside, it was SPECTACULAR on the inside. We were quickly given a welcome and a key to a stunning room. The window was left open to experience the pleasant summer night, and we fell in love with our surroundings. While the structure is an antique, the interior is perfectly upgraded to... plus
Charming hotel situated In the perfect location to discover the Lower old town of Quebec. The staff was welcoming and so very helpful with any request we made. Breakfast was excellent and served with a friendly staff. We would stay again should we return to this area of Canada.
骨董品店やアートギャラリーが立ち並ぶお洒落なエリアにあります。部屋は大きく清潔で、とても快適でした。ケベックを訪れる際は是非ともまた宿泊したい大満足のホテルです!
The location of this Hotel was fantastic. The people who work there could not have been nicer to deal with. Our room was 118, a bit unusual because it was a walk up and no access to the elevator. Fortunately that was not an Issue for us. The room was amazing, huge room with huge ceilings and a fantastic jacuzzi tub my kids wanted to take home. It was my third time in the area and the best Hotel... plus
The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. It was well decorated and included up to date amenities and conveniences. We were very pleased that included breakfast was great. We looked forward to it each morning to start our day of sightseeing. The menu provided lots of choices and rivaled meals we would have normally been happy to pay full price... plus
Beautifully-appointed guest rooms, great ambience, very comfortable beds, decent workout room. Complimentary full breakfast was excellent, as was the fresh lemon water and Kuerig coffee in the library. Loved the smooth jazz music in stairways.
Very friendly staff - from e-mail interactions before stay to the parking valet, front desk concierge, cleaning staff, etc. Very helpful with special requests (rollaway bed, preference for decaf for the in-room Kuerig) and great for giving advice about things to do. The hotel itself is charming - look at their room pictures on-line- and spotlessly clean.
Spent 4 days in Quebec City, mostly visiting le vieux Quebec. The location was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. My son wants to come back and stay in the same room :-)
If we return to Quebec City the Le Saint-Pierre Auberge is where we will stay. They have a great staff, the rooms are spotless, the bedding is second to none, it is quiet, in a good location, the cooling system was excellent, the cooked to order breakfast was good, etc, etc., etc. All in all a wonderful place to stay.
Firstly, the hotel is in a fabulous location. It is in lower town, but 2 mins walk from the busiest section so you get the best of both worlds. It's quiet in the evening, but you are extremely close to the main part of lower town. You're literally across the street from the Museum of Civilization. The hotel is very well decorated and has clearly been well maintained. They nailed all the... plus
The complimentary breakfast was much better than I would have expected coming from the US. Make sure to bring cash to breakfast because tips are not included. The suite was really cool, with an exposed stone wall. Large enough to comfortably sleep four (two kids on the pullout sofa) without everyone tripping over each other. Staff were helpful and accommodating, even late at night.
The facility is beautiful and well-kept. The St Pierre is superbly located for touring Quebec City. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast offers a wide selection, is well-prepared and substantial. I would definitely stay here again (or, if the budget allows, at the even nicer sister Hotel 71 next door!)
The hotel was lovely! The beds were really comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious! The rooms were kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! The concierge is located in the adjacent hotel. We really liked the Keurig machine in the room, and they also provided the K-cups! Wine glasses, robes, iron, ironing board were all provided. Valet parking is $21 per night, but well... plus
Our experience at this hotel was nothing but excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The room was spacious and comfortable. They truly provide you with everything you can possibly need. The location can't be beat...central to everything! We would definitely stay here again!
We walked everywhere from this lovely hotel. Perfect location for the Old Town. The breakfast was outstanding and included in the price.
We enjoyed an amazing visit to this hotel --- 5 nights and lovely and tasteful accommodations, very nice staff and great breakfasts. We'll return without question if ever again in Quebec City. Great location! Look no further. We enjoyed dinner at Côtes à Côtes near the river --- great value and fine meat, exceeded our expectations.
Great location in Old Quebec! Very comfortable with knowledgable staff. Very near cruise terminal and lots of shopping.
I was delighted with the friendly staff, attractive room, comfortable bed, overall cleanliness, and the absolutely delicious breakfast choices included in the room rate - not to mention that the included breakfast was also served by friendly and attentive staff! I absolutely loved my stay!
We were in Quebec City to usher in the new year (2014), and staying at Le Saint Pierre Distinctive made our time a truly wonderful experience. For the record, speaking English only was not a problem. The hotel character is old world, the staff top notch. They anticipated our needs before we even needed to make a request. The location could not be more perfect. Me and my husband stay there for our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, romantic and the breakfast are delicious and perfect. Great location and excellent service.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Hotel is clean and charming. Excellent design, mix of old and new. Staff was perfect at every point of contact. Breakfast was excellent, and resto at sister hotel next door was superb (Matto). If you want to be immersed in Old Quebec, this is a fantastic place to do it.
This was our second visit to this hotel. It's still charming, the rooms still clean, the hotel conveniently located, and the staff that we saw friendly. I'd booked one of the smallest rooms for a deal but when we arrived I discovered it was a double bed (my mistake) and asked to be switched, which they did, giving me the... plus
We spent four nights at Le Saint-Pierre in March. The room was great: very clean, nice view, comfy bed, spacious bath tub. The staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) was amazing: eggs Benedict, crepes, bagels, etc., served by a super-cheery guy in a very pleasant breakfast room. The valet parking... plus
We stayed at Le Saint Pierre for a March break getaway looking for relaxation, sightseeing and a chance to eat at wonderful restaurants. We were able to do all of these things with ease due to the incredible accommodations and proximity to everything we wanted to see and do!! We will certainly stay here again in the future!
Traveled with my wife for a long Valentines Day weekend. Stayed Fri-Sat-Sun. Cab fare from the airport to the hotel is a set rate of $33.40 (Canadian) and is per cab not per occupant. Travel time was approximately 20 minutes. The hotel is located in downtown "old" Quebec City. The hotel is within convenient walking distance of most major tourist... plus
I have never written a TripAdvisor review but honestly loved my stay at Le Saint-Pierre so much that I thought I would write.

For our first visit to Quebec City, we chose this hotel based on its location in the lower part of the city and on good reviews. Although we have made a few minor comments, we were not disappointed with the hotel in general.

We spent Valentines in QC and stayed once again at this hotel. The front desk staff are always so warm and friendly and accommodating. Stayed here for 3 nights for winter carnival - OUTSTANDING!

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends and would most definitely come back! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to the location. Let me start by saying the wife and I have been going to Quebec Winter Carnival for 5 years straight. We have stayed in 5 different hotels and do not hold back when it comes to spending on the details.

We stayed at the St-Pierre for three nights with our 8-month old baby, and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite that was provided. A beautiful hotel. One of the nicest I have stayed in Quebec. The room was simple but clean and quiet, which is what we wanted. Short walk to lower old city and easy ride up the glass elevator to upper old city
Stayed here December 2013 with my husband and daughter. We were satisfied but nothing spectacular. It is a small, quaint hotel, has a cozy feel that fits in with the whole ambiance of Old Quebec. This was our first trip to Quebec City. We always wanted to go and figured it would be the perfect place to spend our wedding anniversary and bring in the New Year. My husband and I came to Quebec City for the first time with friends this winter. Great customer service!. We were upgraded to hotel 71 because we were disapointed that our room at le St-Pierre didn't have a bath and because it was small. Our room at hotel 71 was great! High ceilings, free coffee in the lobby, great service, good breakfast.
Great. Cozy hotel in the Old Town, 2 or 3 block from the funicular and the ferry. Fantastic breakfast...this ain't no Hampton Inn. Across the street from the Museum of Civilization. We could not have found a better location or value. They share premises with Hotel 71, so there is a bar. Truly distinctif!

We were in town for our daughter's wedding, who chose Quebec City for its charm, Christmas-time beauty, and European setting. Her choice of the Saint Pierre was perfect. Lovely boutique hotel, perfectly located in the Old part of the city. Highly recommendable for a romantic escape!
It was a very good and pleaseant stay in Quebec City.
This is a mixed review, colored in no small way by our lost luggage thanks to yet another horrible experience with United Airlines (bring back my beloved Continental, please!).
Stayed 3 nights in Sept 2013. Very impressed with the level of service, always pleasant and accommodating. Fabulous breakfast was included along with coffee, tea or cold drinks 24 hours a day.
Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Centrally located it was an easy walk to anywhere old Old Quebec City.
My time in Québec City was limited, that's why I chose to stay in Old Québec. The Auberge Le Saint-Pierre Hotel was perfect... the staff were excellent, my room was just delightful, the location was ideal for walking around the city. I look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location just steps away from the Chateau Frontenac and many shops, restaurants and attractions in Old Quebec City. Hotel has a lovely wood paneled reading room with fireplace. Good location, helpful staff crisp clean rooms-no clutter.\n\nHotel staff did not seem to recognize that we had already paid. Took 18 hours to get this resolved.
Our total experience at this hotel was great. The staff really makes the hotle special and caring to the guests. They went overboard on accomodating our needs and did with total grace.
