There was a problem with our reservation upon arrival (wrong room), but this was taken care of swiftly and with an upgrade. The location of this Hotel was fantastic. The people who work there could not have been nicer to deal with. Our room was 118, a bit unusual because it was a walk up and no access to the elevator. Right across from Museum of Civilization

Very friendly staff - from e-mail interactions before stay to the parking valet, front desk concierge, cleaning staff, etc. Very helpful with special requests (rollaway bed, preference for decaf for the in-room Kuerig) and great for giving advice about things to do. The hotel itself is charming - look at their room pictures on-line- and spotlessly clean.

Loved our stay at Le Saint-Pierre

Spent 4 days in Quebec City, mostly visiting le vieux Quebec. The location was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. My son wants to come back and stay in the same room :-)

Parfait!!!

Un voyage parfait en famille avec un hôtel idéalement place.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel. Nous aurions aimé par contre, en plus des beaux rideaux épais qu'il s'y trouvait, qu'il y ait des rideaux qui laisse passer un peu de lumière aussi, car vu la proximité des fenêtres en face, nous devions les laisser fermés. A charming place to stay in Quebec City

If we return to Quebec City the Le Saint-Pierre Auberge is where we will stay. Comfortable stylish room, very good breakfast

The complimentary breakfast was much better than I would have expected coming from the US. Make sure to bring cash to breakfast because tips are not included. The suite was really cool, with an exposed stone wall. Large enough to comfortably sleep four (two kids on the pullout sofa) without everyone tripping over each other. Staff were helpful and accommodating, even late at night.

Pretty close to perfect

The facility is beautiful and well-kept. The St Pierre is superbly located for touring Quebec City. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast offers a wide selection, is well-prepared and substantial. I would definitely stay here again (or, if the budget allows, at the even nicer sister Hotel 71 next door!)

Lower town gem!

The hotel was lovely! The beds were really comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious! The rooms were kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! Stayed here for a weekend with some friends and would most definitely come back! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to the location. Quaint, clean and complete

Stayed 3 nights in Sept 2013. Very impressed with the level of service, always pleasant and accommodating. Fabulous breakfast was included along with coffee, tea or cold drinks 24 hours a day.

Excellent location just steps away from the Chateau Frontenac and many shops, restaurants and attractions in Old Quebec City. Hotel has a lovely wood paneled reading room with fireplace. The breakfasts were first-rate as was the overall service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.We booked a suite and our only complaint was lack of a railing outside steps up to bathroom and over-polished floors that caused us to slip at the top of another set of steps down to sitting area. Excellent Staff and Location

The hotel is located withing close walking distance to old town and the cruise ship port. They offer a "FREE" baggage handling delivery service from the hotel to the cruise ship. The interior of the hotel is old world with wood floors and exposed brick walls which are in great condition considering the age. The entire staff treated us excellent. The free breakfast was great. Strongly recommend!

Our total experience at this hotel was great. The staff really makes the hotle special and caring to the guests. They went overboard on accomodating our needs and did with total grace.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

Everyone was wonderful. Staff were friendly and very helpful, everyone spoke English. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We would recommend the Auberage Saint Pierre to all our friends and family!

The staff was fantastic, as was the breakfast and the service in the dining room.The room, however, is need of serious updating and was a disappointment.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The desk people were very pleasant and most helpful. The concierge service helped us to find a dinner restaurant within walking distance - based on our price and dress. They even had sample menus to help with selection. Outstanding Staff and Location

The staff was extremely warm, helpful and friendly. They made it clear that their primary concern was their guests' comfort. Their restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Breakfasts (complimentary at the hotel) were wonderful. One couldn't ask for a better location in Vieux-Port.

The Auberge St. Pierre had a great location in the lower Old City. The staff was very helpful in planning our day. The included breakfasts were wonderful and the staff was attentive. “This is only for business travelers. Was told free shuttle to old Quebec but had to take city bus for $2 per person. Old Quebec is about 20-30 minutes away not 10 min. Not much out here except for other hotels and the aquarium. The restaurant was very pricey and not for families and had to walk about a mile down the road for food, but good food.
