Wow! Un bijou caché!
Pour une table d'hote entre 9 et 16$, vous avez le choix d'environ 8 table d'hotes différente et pas n'importe quoi!
Ca va du sandwhich à l'aiglefin jusqu'au civet de cert! Il y a toujours le choix d'un sandwhich, d'une salade cesar, d'une assiette de pate, de 2 assiettes de poissons et 2 assiettes de viandes.

Accueil chaleureux par Madame Cecile, la patronne;j`ai mange le plat du jour, le canard aux canneberges tout a fait delicieux;en entree, une pomme citronnee sur un mesclun de laitues etait parfaite avant le canard et ses legumes. Je recommande evidemment ce tres agreable et abordable restaurant ou, en passant, les enfants bien eleves sont bienvenus.

26 juillet 2014We'd read several reviews suggesting this cafe was above average. We agree! The salads were very fresh and tasty. My wife had the carrot soup which she said was terrific. And I had the crepes which were fantastic!! Service was friendly, although a little slow. If you go here get the crepes. They were seriously delicious.

Hidden gem
30 juin 2014So who would think of eating in a museum? L'Arrivage is on the top floor and only serves till the early afternoon. But the food quality and service were wonderful. I had the fish of the day, which was deliciously cooked. The dessert is a surprise - and had the ladies raving.

Lovely view, ok brunch

Perhaps one of my brunch companions would give 4 stars for the brunch we had, but I was not as fortunate. They were out of the wine I asked for and had no suitable substitute. My omelet was dry, the confit almost non-existent, the purée too sweet, the veggies too bitter and the whole thing wasn't hot enough.

21 septembre 2013Great view of the port. Overall the entire experience was overshadowed by the terrible service. After we received our meal, we never saw our wait staff again (no water refills, no coffee, no bill etc.). Hoped for a different experience since our walking guide highly recommended this establishment (Sept 21, 2013).

28 février 2013This is my favorite spot in the city to have lunch. It's on the top floor of the Pointe a Calliere museum, a very modern building, overlooking the port. In the summer, there are tables for two out along a very narrow terrace. Lunches are 3-course Table d'hote and very reasonable. Great service.

I love that the appetizer and dessert with coffee and tea is included in the price, at least for lunch that is. The trick is that the portions are not gigantic so you have to savor each bit and although you are not hungry when you leave you crave more.

If anything you would go here just for the spot.
It's second floor of a Museum in Old Montreal so you get a great view of the Harbor.
You can even opt to eat on the Patio.
The food wasn't outstanding (weekend menu) but definitely worth checking out for brunch.
If you're in Old Montreal anyway, not a bad way...

I'm glad we called ahead for a reservation a few days beforehand - it got pretty full by the time we left. Unsuspected oasis on Montreal Waterfront

The food is of excellent quality, imaginative but also (for Montreal) amazingly cheap. This restaurant can be strongly recommended for anyone doing a walking tour of Old Montreal, or simply visiting the museum.
