Terrible
I never considered complaining online about this place until I heard my friends terrible experience at this place.
Back in 2010 my friends and I had our hair/make up/nails done at this salon because it had products and a stylist the bride loved. However our experience as a group did not feel welcoming and we were made like we were an inconvenience to the manager of the store (the older one who looks p@!%!d off all the time) She was just plain rude and very unwelcoming. I expressed my feelings to my hairstylist that day and her comment was, "Ya she can be like that most days." Which doesn't say much about the manager and her report with her team.
We all received coupons for 40% our next salon treatment so a friend went and to her surprise when she booked for a cut and colour her 40% coupon only went towards her "wash and blow dry" treatment which was $20 on it's own, which I think is ridiculous. I've never had a salon charge me separately for a wash and blow dry when I've already spent so much money for highlights and a colour.
SO beware! My friend ended up paying over $230 for a cut/wash/colour compared to when I would got o VOILA Uptown and get the same treatment for a much cheaper price!

I get my hair done there on a regular basis. Very friendly and welcoming staff and great prices for mens wash and cut. They also have a men's line called Comfort Zone. Although a little pricey it's well worth it. I've had the same shave cream bottle for a year. A+ all around.

Ku’r is an amazing spa experience. From the staff and design to the services- it definitely was the best spa experience I’ve had! I recommend everyone to visit- you won’t regret it!!!

I've never thought Kitchener would have such a beautiful spa. The experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and welcoming!!Best service I have ever had!! I would definitely recommend their facials and pedicures because its the est that I have ever had!!! A MUST GO!!!

I sent my girlfriend there...and all I heard back from her for the whole week how much she loved it and wants to go back with me! I finally agreed to go with her, and let me tell you...absolutely greatest friendliest and nicest staff....Greatest service received...enjoyed a light lunch as well.....and will definitely go back!!!!!! I arrived at the spa 10 minutes early and was warmly greeted by the receptionist who told me my registered massage therapist would be avaliable shortly. My massage therapist arrived 15 minutes later and was not very warm or friendly. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I took my mom there..so we both have a spa day at Ku'r! Wow...i cant describe how wonderful it was! Their pedicures and facials were awesome!!! When we were all done, they offered a complimentary hair treatment as well, now we go there for all our salon and spa needs!!! I LOve that place!!! Best staff, best food, best service, and on top of it all, cleanest spa I have ever been to!!!!

It truly is a very sophisticated, upper class spa. The staff is very friendly yet extremely professional. I loved the facial massage......The best part was my snack plate..fresh fruits, cheese and crackers with my favlorite latte!!! My esthetician really cared about my skin concerns and recommended the best product.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The price was definitely worth it!! I will definitely recommend!! The service was one of the best I have eve had! The signature facial is definitely a must!!!!!!
