Not the best quality stuff out there.....but they have a huge range of all sorts of stuff that once you see, you wonder how you've gotten through life without it.

The chain itself is fine, it offers reasonably priced equipment that should last if you take care of it. But this location's staff could use an improvement. Back up their products? Nope. Bought a set of 3 plastic mixing bowls in April. When 1 broke, I thought 'bad luck'. When the 2nd one broke as I was mixing cookies, it was clear they were poor quality. Very poor return item policies! Make you pay to return item before they can refund at your expense. If you want to exchange the items THEY sent in error you have to reorder and pay the shipping again. This means you have to pay shipping 3 times for your order that they made a mistake on in the first place! Most companies send the correct item with a prepaid return lable to send the wrong item... more

It's big. There's lots of stuff. There are some great deals, especially if you're looking for big ticket items like mixers, and toaster ovens. As for the rest, I'm not sure if these sales are that significant. I know, because after coming here, I did go to KSP outlet at Orfus road and prices were only a $1 or $2 different.

What was nice, was the small defect furniture you could get for cheap.... more
