My fave costume store in Vancouver ... is still my fave costume store in Vancouver. I took my little guy to Granville Island and visited the Kids Market.

Found this little costume and prop shop upstairs. Picked up a superman cape for him, which he loves.

Other items on sale there were policeman helmets, cowboy hats, tiara's, as well as adult sized costumes and dress up items.

The shop isn't too big, so the selection isn't the best, but sure beats Toys R Us, and it was nice... more

For adult costume shopping this place is a-ok. They have a decent selection of fun things to dress up in as well as accessories. What got me was the prices. The prices were pretty outrageous. Especially in comparison to Party Bazaar (which I also find a bit expensive).

I would check it out still though because they may have some things that the other stores might not have.

For quite some time this store took the conceptual approach for its sign--featuring just a neon cloud over the store. It always puzzled me. Time passed and the store finally put up a sign with its name: Just Imagine Fun Clothing.
