Reservations for the Teppan Grill are a must.
It is expensive but worth every penny. I usually can get away with the teriyaki beef combo that comes with soup, salad, and rice (don't for get to ask for steak sauce). The main course comes with mushrooms, veggies, and, of course, teriyaki beef. I spent C$19, plus tip.

located across from the westin and a mainstay in edmonton for over twenty five years , the japanese village is the ultimate dining experience .watch the chefs perform an array of acrobatic culinary delights right in front of you, as they prepre the food right at you table.great fun and highly recommended.

The food is excellent and fun to eat as they cook your food on the table in front of you.Noty only is the food unique in flavour, but the show itself will leave you awe struck.The way the chefs handle their knives while preparing your dinner is worth the wait to get in.

Without a doubt, the best restaurant I have ever visited. The service was spectacular. We had a wonderful time in the tepan room! Definitely, a place to revisit!

Thirty years in operation can mean only one thing: this place is good! An Edmonton institution, Japanese Village is a teppan yaki style restaurant, where skilled chefs slice, dice, sling and flip until you've had a beautiful multi-course meal.
