Great stay

After a little mix up the hotel booked us in someone elses room. Thankfully when we walked into "our room" no one was in there, but someone was obviously already in the room. The lady at the front desk instantly apologized and let us stay in their best suite.

Nice affordable hotel close to University

Staff was friendly, room was clean and hotel restaurant was very good. Full breakfast and dinner buffet were available each day of my stay. Also one of the better workout rooms I've seen in a hotel - full DB set and even had a power rack. I would definitely stay here again.

The Leadership Centre is gorgeous. From the street view to the rear grounds and almost everything in between. Clean and elegant

My family was so thankful that it was close to the hospital so we could be there with my dad. Even on the busiest of weekends ( homecoming) they did their best to accomodate us. We could not ask for a better place. Room service was excellent and so easy after a long day. The area was relaxing and refreshing.. This is the second year in a row that we have used Ivey-Spencer as the location where 13 of us gather for our annual reunion. The facilities are ideal for this. Amazing picturesque hotel, but if you get a deal on the room through Expedia please know you'll be in the non breathtaking wing where you might as well have stayed at a generic hotel.

Simple - Clean - Convenient

We stay here every time we visit the kids at the university. The stately grounds are much nicer than being in a congested area. The proximity it conveniently located to the university. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

North London location is the key.

This is a nice, small hotel close to UWO and other north London areas. We were looking for something close to Sunnidale GC and this was it. A 5 minute cab to the GC. The hotel feels a bit like a school dorm but has everything you need for a nice stay. The rooms are modern, fresh and clean. Enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Ivey. The room was perfect. Loved the shampoo and soap pumps in the shower. Refreshments in the lobby were nice. Excellent breakfast with very friendly service. Will definitely book again.

The room we were in felt fairly old and outdated. The room was also very small so we trouble accessing the Pack N' Play that the baby slept in. But, it had more character than a roadside hotel.

Front desk staff was great! Hotel is great There was a fly in my salad (but it happens ) to compensate they gave that part of my dinner free and a chocolate ????? The server was nice so I still gave him a tip. I got singled out of all the guests eating breakfast one morning to be asked if I had a breakfast voucher. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful I had a busy schedule so couldn't use all the facilities but I could park my car close to the entrance to my room and it felt like coming home. Wonderful walks in the a.m. and evening around the grounds.

We were very pleased with our four day stay...we would have stayed longer, but the hotel was closing for a week. We originally stayed in the smaller room, which would be okay for one person, but not two or more. We recommend the larger room. I would give this hotel four stars, plus.

Very grand estate

We were looking for a quiet room, reasonably priced, near the university. The location is also just a 10 minute drive to downtown London. The room was small but well decorated with a beautiful bathroom and shower. The breakfast was served in an elegant dining room and the food was delicious. The staff was most courteous and our stay was very pleasant. We would like to return there in the future.

My experience was great!

Right from the check-in to the check-out I was impressed with the staff, the hotel and the surrounding grounds. We were there for our Son's Wedding and the venue couldn't have been more perfect. I have stayed at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre many times for pleasure. I always have a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The location is very convenient and there is a lot of parking. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

nothing to write home about

toilet was dirty (dried urine on the toilet seat). no toiletries provided in the room which given the price, is surprising. walls are paper thin, so noisy hallways adjacent rooms.
other than that, your basic hotel room. ok for business for 1-2 nights.

Fabulous venue

Attended two workshops here, stayed onsite with one. The venue is a beautiful and peaceful retreat both inside and outdoor with everything onsite that you could ever need, perfect for business meetings and workshops and family celebrations.

This is just an overall great lace to stay, business or otherwise. rooms are small but very clean and comfortable rooms that have all you need. Very affordable compared to other Hotels. Beautiful grounds in an older heritage building. I will be staying here again if the need arrises.

Excellent location if you are visiting someone in the hospital. There is even a shuttle bus that will take you there. The rooms are small but comfortable.
