Rude & disinterested
I have had occasion to use this company many times - but I use them ONLY BECAUSE they are able to produce a special print size which I need. I certainly don't use them for their customer service ethic! There are many other print companies in Victoria - unless you need their specialist sizes, don't bother using them! PS - When I posted this comment, I got an email from the company complaining that I was complaining about them! If they had not been rude in the first place, they would have had no reason to suffer the indignity of having me post my msg in the first place!
