Worst hotel experience ever!!! Parking garage was left open and several cars broken into, including mine. Hotel staff was unhelpful and treated guests like an inconvenience. Only had cold water for all showers. Gym facility was a tiny room in basement with no windows and minimal equipment.

Huge room, terrible food

Had a very enjoyable weekend at the hotel, staff was excellent from check in right through to check out. Big rooms, like an apartment. nicely renovated recently. We've been to a number of events and party's here, the food is fantastic.

Room was very clean and well appointed. Food was horrendously disgusting, tasted microwaved at all times we ordered. I would recommend sleeping here, but that's it.

Great Value

The rooms are huge and decorated in a very modern style. It reminds me of a Japanese look very simple, but elegant. Plasma Screen TV's are a bonus and it was extremely quiet. International Hotel of Calgary

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were amazing and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I would recomend this hotel to anyone wanting the down town experience. It was fantastic.

The staff at check-in and check-out were completely uninterested in providing friendly service. They might as well use some sort of automated ATM-like check-in.

Good value

We stayed one night at the International Hotel Suites. We just needed a place to stay and stopped while driving by. The prices were very reasonable and the rooms were nice and spacious with great views of the park below. We would stay again.

Decent rooms but not much else

The rooms were fairly spacious, but the hotel doesn't offer much else other than a great location. Connected to the +10, this hotel made it easy to go to business meetings downtown and is within walking distance from the 8th street area and the river as well. No gym and one small restaurant available.

Great Christmas Hideaway

We stayed in a King suite which was recommended by the front desk clerk during our reservation and were impressed with the size!
Our adult daughters came for Christmas Eve and we ate around the huge dining table with lots of room to spare.
Staff was excellent, location terrific and a great holiday rate. Highly recommended.

Great room! Average service

Rooms are spacious and nice looking. The service at this hotel was subpar compared to the image it was portraying. Front desk wasn't as happy serving my check in for some reason, wasn't cheerful etc. I used to work at a hotel and would not have been like that.Aside from that everything was all good.

The International is always good - clean, well located and suites are huge. The only criticisms I have are the elevators can be slow and parking rates are atrocious.

I stayed there for 3 nights. It's a very safe and convenient hotel. The staff was vey helpful. I didn't like the setup of the suite I stayed, because there was no door to the bedroom, it's open to the living area and the bathroom was not attached to the room. Best thing I liked about the hotel is, it's really clean. I would stay there again, but would ask for different room.

Great room

I attended a business meeting and had breakfast served in the meeting room itself. The staff for the meeting room were all friendly and helpful. The room that I stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was in a great location. Good resturants within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable.

Everything was absolutely great, service, cleanliness, room etc. There was only one disappointment and that was the beds. We ordered 2 double beds and got 2 single beds. When we asked for our double beds we were informed that the hotel does not have double beds. They should not have on their site for booking - double beds. This hotel met all expectations, with large comfortable rooms and a good location with direct access to the +15 walkway. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I recommend it for anyone looking for a good hotel at a great price!

Great location and value.

NIce and Central

The rooms were fantastic. The bed excellent. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom, which we found to be very very small, given the room we had for the living room, lounge and bedroom. The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies who were on the info counter for the Stampede. Given that we were there during a major event, the hotel seemed to function without stress.
