Everyday has to stop at the lobby to re-activate my room card. I had to pay for my stay to get the card activated again, however, my job company was paying for the work travel and i already had the reservation confirmed from the hotel. Everyone is working alone.

I have had the pleasure of staying here twice for a week each time. The rooms are beautiful and pristine. The desk staff and concierge are helpful and charming. Absolutely love the doormen and cleaning staff.

I paid $25 to use the pool facilities for a first date. It's nice to lounge under the stainless steel palm trees. There's an industrial urban city element to it. The pool is warm salt water and it's nice against your body. Yeah, the heat is nice against your body. It's satisfyingly warming. I recommend it.

A decent hotel - the rooms are nice... But the hotel is a bit dated in terms of architecture. This said it convenient if you're going to an event at the stadium or have business in the area. I found the staff to be pretty helpful.
