Spent weekend at the Inn at the Falls. The location is excellent 1 block from downtown shops. The room was spacious but perhaps over furnished,limited space for suitcases and a cot. Overall the bedding was updated with the exception of the pillows,cheap foam piece stuffing does not constitute good sleep.

From the first moment we walked in my husband had a bad feeling about this place.

Kind of neat little pub under the inn. Cozy with fireplaces and an attentive an educated staff. We had drinks while on a vacation and another couple joined us. We all had a fabulous time and enjoyed the stay. It is highly recommended compared to comparable establishments in the area. Very impressed.

My husband and myself have stayed here 5x in the last 10years.
If it wasn't for the friendly staff in the pub, we wouldn't come back.
Unfortunately, it's a beautiful location that hasn't been updated since it was purchased in the 80's.

While this building had the 'historic' aspect to it, is right next to the downtown area and the falls, the main inn and the 'mews' where we stayed was in bad need of renovation. Stay away

If you don't mind cockroaches, cobwebs, cobwebs with bugs in them, mold and musty odours this Inn is for you. Also sheets that are ripped and blinds that were missing slats was not a very good experience. When we complained we were told that they dusted for cobwebs twice a week. So what! This Inn appears quite quaint when walking about the property. There are several houses and row rooms like a motel overlooking the falls. Inn at the Falls- close to attractions

Quaint hotel close to all attractions, dated rooms. One of our must haves was a pool and we were very disappointed that the pool was removed and boarded over. Overall value was good.

Pleasant stay

Inn on the Falls has an efficient reception staff. Rooms are of adequate size and bathroom facilities well lit and in good working order. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Its restaurant serves good meals.

Tired and needs updating

Could be a lovely place with some investment in updating the room. Double bed (we had requested a queen)with a bad mattress and a never ending squeak. Very poorly decorated and the cleanliness of the upholstry and carpet left something to be desired. Disappointing
