Close to authentic Chinese food and good value

The food is fairly authentic and good value with friendly service. We are from Vancouver so are spoiled by good Chinese food - this place is considered pretty good for Kelowna. Chinese food is a good option for gluten, beef, chicken and wheat free diet.

This is not good Canadian Chinese food. If you ever had 'good' Chinese don't go here. It use to be good then they got way to busy or they lost their cook, something has definately changed. The two meat dishes we had were so lathered in salty sauces you couldn't even enjoy the meat. Oooey Gooey Yuk.

REALLY Delicious Chinese

Imperial Banquet is by far my favorite chinese takeout place in the world. It's pricey but order the dinner for two and it'll feed the two of you for days! The chow mein is phenomenal and the ginger beef is out of this world. For chinese takeout lovers, this will be your new favorite.

We have eaten here five times now; a few days ago the food was better than ever, but we both slept badly after what we think was an overdose of msg. We're not sure though. Any thoughts?

My friends from uni and I have been coming here for years. We have gotten our families addicted as well.
When the owners go on vacay every year we leave as many messages on their answering machine, with pre - orders for Combo E, until the machine is full!

Fantastic chinese food

WIthout a doubt the best chinese food in Kelowna. The Combo's are so big they can easily be split between two and still have left overs. Inside the restaurant isn't the greatest so we always get it to go.

Stopped in based on reviews on here. Don't let the decor fool you as the staff and owners are awesome and food is excellent. We had the honey garlic chicken and chicken fried rice ... Both really good and not greasy. Highly recommend this place.

Not the best location, and parking is bit difficult. It doesn't look like much, but sometimes that where the best food comes from! It's not gourmet, but its simple and very good, and the service comes with a big smile and a thank-you!

Excellent chinese food. We only ever order take-out as the restauraunt itself is not the nicest. The food has always been great and the prices are fair. They are more than willing to work with you on any special requests you may have.This is the ONLY place we order chinese food from since we first tried it over 3 years ago.
