This hotel appeared to have been an older hotel that was remodeled. While it was clean, our room backed on the TTC yard which was very noisy and the actual room was extremely tiny. Not at all a good place to stay

Alot of drunk people staying at this hotel doing party all night. They can knock at your door any time and there is no involvement of hotel staff with such issues. Very small and noisy rooms.

Heater/Air conditioner not working

It was cold outside but the room was sweltering hot. The air conditioner was broken, and when I asked the front desk to assist me, they refused, and said there is nothing they could do about it. The room was also the size of a shoe box, and the window was not equipped to open or close.

Only one room left a small bunk bed in the old smoking section. Seemed clean enough, no mr coffee in room, complementary breakfast was reasonable, they wont let you bring coffee back up to room which is a bit odd. Parking $12 which is good. If you are looking for a modest unpretentious spot for very little money you could find much worse. But dont take a date there!

The room had a musty smell and the bedding felt damp. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in ages. Also, I was harassed by several homeless/mentally I'll people at the front doors of the hotel. I definitely will not being staying here again.

Noisy Stay

When I booked the room I didn't know the area. Unfortunately there is a street car station behind the hotel. So it was noisy as our room faced the street. For a double bed it was kinda small. Also there was no on site parking. The room was clean. The staff friendly.

The rooms were so tiny and absolutely disgusting. The bathroom floors haven't been washed in years. The maids just walked in our room an hour after we checked in. Hotel manager was very rude. The area has very limited things to see or do surrounding it with very little restaurants aside from fast food.

Parking fiasco

Had to pay an extra $12 for parking 2 blocks away. They scared us when they said our car was towed but it was someone else`s car. Paid an extra $50 for checking in !!!!!!!!! The mattress kept slipping off the bed frame when we sat to watch tv and whenever we rolled over. We would strongly discourage anyone from renting a room from this Hotel.

I arrived in the hotel at about 1 am. The train still undergoing and it was very noisy as we sleep near that. No lift to go up to 2nd floor. The baggage will let you feel crazy. I don't know is it all air-conditioners was so noisy. No thing let me live in this hotel next time!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! And worst of all Bedbugs

I checked in after 6 PM so they charged the full stay to my credit card, went up to the room, pulled the sheets back and immediately found bedbugs. I took a dead one down to the front desk and asked for a refund, the guy behind the desk just kept saying "No refund, bug is dead..no refund, bug is dead". Worst hotel I've ever been to by far.

Right by Chinatown

This hotel was just right. I wanted a place that was. Close to Chinatown and this was it. Staff kept things tidy and in order. Simple and clean.

After reading reviews on this hotel, I was expecting a bad experience and dirty rooms. The rooms were quite clean, and very spacious, including a couch with a pull out bed. The breakfast wasn't very good, but luckily there was a McDonald's next door. I would stay here again.

Stayed on first floor with king bed. Was fairly quiet, clean, and comfortable. Nothing fancy. No refrig or micro in room, minimal contin breakfast. The room was cozy. There was no elevator. There was a fire on July 1 after midnight, which caused the entranceway to be smoky. The best thing about that hotel was that there was free breakfast.

Good value hotel with good location

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The rooms are a little bit small but it was very clean, the breakfast was various and good and the location is really good (close to Trams which you can take into Toronto). The Days Inn - Toronto West Lakeshore Was a nice place and fairly inexpensive place. The rooms were cramped esp if you have lots of Luggage but I needed a room to relax in so I didn't complain. The free breakfast was good cooked to order.If i am in Toronto again, I will stay here again.
