This is a test - thank you for your help
I have stayed at other hotels and so far this was the worse.. I slept on a bed that when I lay down I sunk in the mattress. I weight only 108lb and I sunk in, can you imagine someone heavier than I?, than I can hear everyone around me... and to make matters worse, there was no free breakfast!.. Than the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all.. she didn't make you feel welcomed.. and... more
I was extremely disappointed. This room stank of dirty feet or a hockey bag. It was overpowering. I thought it would fade but it did not. The carpet by the bed was stained with red marker or blood. The top of the desk was greasy where someone had eaten. The desk chair was broken. The bed sheets on one double bed were stained. I dropped a wash cloth on the floor of the shower and you could see... more
Most of the time all is well.
The service will vary depending on who is on the desk
Some time some of the staff like to assign me the room the farthest to the lobby. I think it's because I book through hotels.come. I am over 70 and walk with a cane. Money spoken here.
The hotel is convenient, if you have business around the area (which I did). I had a room with two twin beds. The room was rather small. But most importantly, the room didn't have that clean feeling, for several reasons: 1) the carpet, in addition of looking awful, is detached in some areas on the floor, giving you the impression that it is twenty years old (may be it is), 2) on of the chairs... more
Excellent, friendly service and great location. Clean and quiet.
It is not peaceful, lots on noise during night an early morning
The staff needs to smile more
Got an early check in which I really appreciated. Pool was nice and warm. Bathroom was nice and new looking.
Good: Nice pool, good rooms, nice Reno's.
Bad: Gym needs work, restaurant/menu needs slight improvments, very slow TVs.
Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, very clean. The only annoyance was the loud AC unit.
The room had a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
Would stay again. We traveled with our 10 month old, and had no problem getting a crib for our room.
Pretty Good. The bed size was bigger than I thought. The facilities are very good. And they were clean.
Very old hotel .named Raddison for years jst some litle changes
Staff wasn't friendly and no hi no thank you no nothing.... Took my payment and then walked away... When I came in to check in no hi no nothing just OK
The walls are incredibly thin. I could hear conversations in the next room. The bathroom has a large sink with no counter space and the fan is so loud. The towels didn't smell fresh. The restaurant was very handy and the room service was a plus.
It was a great stay. Room 356
Mrs. Betty the room attendant was amazing.
She did a great job.
Found some hair in my bathroom towel and on the bed. The night table had drink residue next robot that was not cleaned. They put me in the renovated part and the walls are paper thin. I heard all the people next door. They were screaming and kept slamming the door to the outside balcony to go and smoke. The front desk was very friendly though. Overall a poor experience.
The only negative thing about this hotel was what seemed like the daily presence of the York Region Police at the hotel.
Check in and check out was quick and painless. It is a clean place to stay.
The hotel is one we have used often for visits to Toronto. It's nice that it's a little out of the middle of Toronto so added costs of parking, etc. are not required. The beds are very comfortable and the walk in shower is a great option for me as someone with mobility issues.
Our only issue this visit was the alarm clock that went off at midnight and the noisy neighbour that talked...

Staff were very welcoming. Was really looking forward to our time away, shame it was spoilt when other guests let their children run about at 2 in the morning, screaming up and down the corridor. The pool and hot tub were good except for not all jets working in hot tub
The rooms are not very well insulated. The people next door arrived at 2 am and kept us up for an hour because we could hear everything they spoke, their cell phone ringing, etc. At first we were given the keys to a room that stinked as previous guests were probably smoking there for days. We got a second room immediately but the girl at the fromt desk was super rude.i would never stay here... more
This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed. My hubby and I had prepaid through Hotel.com. The front desk did comply to our request of providing a room with 2 double beds on top floor. We went to bed at 11 p.m. There was some noise in the corridor on and off. It seemed that there were cleaning staff working and I was wondering why that late. There were sounds like heavy bucket "bang" sound... more
awoken at 3am by a naked drunk shouting obscenities in the hall. this continued for over an hour until she was arrested!
Very clean and quiet room, great rate on Hotels.com
friendly staff. good condition room and furniture. free internet and parking.
Restaurant menu is so ordinary and boring for a travelers hotel especially breakfast I guess that's why it's empty.
I stayed for two nights. The price was good for the quality.
I got 3 bites in my arm during my 1 night stay. Thr swelling the next day was horrible and itchy. Not sure what kind of bug was in the room but it was brutal. Room #212. Will not be staying here again.
The sir conditioning in the first room was so noisy, we had to change room. The staff was co-operative.
No haridryer in the bathroom. The carpets looked old and worn. A change in carpeting will improve the look of the hotel
100%.
When I got to the hotel their prices changed from what I had paid with your site they made me leave more of a deposit with them when I had left it with your website the prices changed for my stay they charged me more when I ask for an extra day they said I can have it at 103 and then called me the next day telling me that I had to leave my room if I wanted to stay that it would be 180 not a... more
It is located in Markham but you need a car if you stay in this hotel. It has a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and a small gym. Overall, the room is good and it has a microwave and fridge. The bed and linens are clean.
Our experience was uniformly negative, so much so that it reflected badly on Expedia.

very quiet staff were very pleasant and helpful
Unfortunately the wifi connection was very sporadic and cut off from time to time
Good value for a good, clean, no surprise stay. Wifi is a little slower than what I would like.
A bit noisy, the neighbors were getting in and out very early in the morning and the walls didn't seem enough insulated.
The location was easy to get to and was good for visiting the Toronto zoo. Rooms are pretty clean and somewhat renovated. We would have been happy with our stay had it not been for the noise. We heard everything going on in the rooms and hallways next to us (especially sounds coming from the bathroom next to us) and i'm sure they could hear us and our two kids as well. The staff was very nice... more
Overall good experience, I wish i would stay more days there. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is you need a car to travel around.
Internet connection was bad :(
Room was clean
It is far from down town .
Stayed during snow storm in Toronto, was easy to get to, felt safe, staff was by far the highlight - smiling and helpful.....can't go wrong with that equation!
Have stayed here before and returned as I enjoyed how nice the rooms were and the pool, sauna and hot tub, however I wont be coming back again. I Booked a room for the night before my registration exam so I could be well rested and wouldn't have to deal with the drive to the city. Unfortunately I go no sleep as there people in the parking lot until after 1 am blasting their system in their car... more
Housekeeping staff definitely needs better training to understand that they should not chat loudly in the hallway or yell to each other regardless of the time, because guests arrive from different time zones and sleeps at different hours through out the 24 hour period.
It is more like a motel than a hotel. Old and have a distinct smell. Rooms are not clean. Will not go there again. Very disappointed l.
I have stayed here on many of my trips - I am never disappointed. The location is convenient for either business or even tourism.
The stay was great! staff was helpful made sure our stay was stress free and had everything we needed. The rooms were always nice and clean. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing prices very inexpensive and affordable and tasted amazing
My favorite place to stay in Toronto. Great rooms, nice people, good location
