Bienvenue chez nous !
j'y était en couple , j'ai adorée la grandeur de la suite et la piscine
Room was immaculate. Decor was amazing. Food was superb and all staff went out of their way to help us see the area. Have recommended to our friends if they are going to Quebec City that they should stay at the Sepia.
The room was exactly as advertised on their website. The beds are extremely comfy and the room was spotless. There is a restaurant on site (a bit expensive though), but no room service. This was a very enjoyable stay overall, would definitely recommend.
I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It was okay at the time since this hotel is only less than10 mins slow drive to old Quebec city so it is very convenience. This time when I arrived it looked the same on the outside. The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and gave us the room within 5 mins. The moment I entered the room, what a different. All the furniture and bed look very... more
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were able to save money by staying here instead of in Old Quebec City. One great perk was that the hotel has a free shuttle downtown, and is also on the public bus route. We were able to easily take the bus into the city every day, saving us parking or taxi fees. The hotel also offers free parking, which is difficult to find at many of the hotels in Quebec... more
Easy acces location to visit la vielle capitale right off the Quebec bridge. Great dinning on site. Very modern feel, quite nice. Rooms are just a bit larger than standard size. Beds are very confortable but be prepared to sweat if you are going during the hot season as the beds only have a duvet on top. The air conditioning is loud and if you open the window, you will hear the noisy... more
They asked me a $100 security deposit with my visa card and I never got the money back on 4 days after the trip. We never break anything in the room. I am getting skeptical with them.
This is a wonderful room ! Very comfortable !
We were only there for 1 night and made a quick trip downtown. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable.
we just stayed over night but we had a very pleasant experience. the desk clerk was very helpful.
Gorgeous room. Great restaurant. The walls were paper thin
This hotel is designed in 'euro-chic' fashion, meaning small but efficient room planning. VERY clean, very friendly and helpful(especially the hotel clerk Sebastian). If your goal is the old city of Quebec, this location is not great but we had a car and it was not a bad drive. Would probably choose this again given that the rate was reasonable and the room/amenities were good.
This hotel was very nice, very clean, the room was very spacious. The breafkast was very good. They lend you for free, for a 2 hours period, an ipad w/ free internet access for use in the room. The down sides was that they do not have an elevator (we had to bring up three heavy luggages from the lobby to the 1st floor), and the hotel is about 6 miles from the city centre. Free parking at least!In... more
The room was nice but a little small. We had an iron and ironing board but the coffee was 2 bucks a cup.
Convenient bus service to Old Quebec. Attractive, contemporary rooms. Great shower!
The breakfast buffet is very good (doesn't come with the room), staff excellent. Easy access by car although getting there off the highways was a trip! There is a $3/day bus that runs from area hotels along the river to old Quebec, lower town, and you can take the funicular up to upper town. The advertised free shuttle is only once a day. Rooms were clear and comfortable, modern bathroom... more
The hotel is NOT within 10 minutes of downtown Quebec as claimed and neither does it have a pool available in "June" as claimed on their website. In fact the pool opens June 24th! We chose the hotel specifically because it had internet access amd pool. When we asked for some tea sachets for the room because the staff hadn't left any the receptionist rooted around in a drawer and came up with... more
Hotel was nice. Rooms were smaller than the average hotel in the U.S but overall quality was good. The only thing I have to complain was the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. I couldn't sleep well at night because I was uncomfortable. For those who love firm mattresses you definitely will sleep well, for those who like plush mattresses you might be uncomfortable at night.
Fair distance from ship, so cost $25.00 to reach location. We took bus to town and town was cute and clean. Bus driver was friendly and helpful. Cost over $20 for the round trip for two on the bus. The location was great for getting to the airport the next morning, cost $20.00. There are several places to eat nearby so we did not try the food at the motel.
Excellent staff. Good bus service , but sometimes crowded. Rooms a little small. Good bath rooms.
A very contemporary "French" hotel in French Canadian Quebec.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were the most comfortable ones i have ever selpt in at a hotel. Breakfast at eh hotel was very good.
Yes I would reccomend it. It was very up to date, and very well located
I am not convinced that this hotel is good value for the money. One particular compaint: the hotel was advertised as having a coffee maker in the room. However, the coffee maker provided was an "espresso type" that used coffee "pellets" (1 pellet for 1 cup of coffee) and we found out after the fact that we were expected to pay $2.00 for each pellet! When we complained, they did not charge us... more
Hotel Sepia was not what I had expected. It wasn't luxurious . However, for what it lacked in luxury, it made up for in cleanliness and polite, friendly, curteous staff. For the price I think it was well worth the stay and would stay there again.
Good place to stay for a reasonable price, with very clean and modern rooms, easy access in and out - both to the city and to the highway. I would stay here again!
The Sepia was a lovely hotel. Tastefully decorated, easy location, very clean, nice outdoor pool for a quick escape - and close to the city. Free parking - and if you looked around on St. Louis Chemin almost anything you needed could be located. One tiny drawback - no place in the bathroom to leave toiletries, a narrow little shelf along the wall just didn't do it - but the hotel was every... more
