L'accueil est très bien , le personnel est courtois. La chambre est belle et confortable, avec une décoration de style orientale. C'est un peu bruyant, on entend les voisins ou les portes qui claquent. Rénover la salle de bain ne ferait pas de tord, malgré qu'elle est fonctionnel et spacieuse.

Nice hotel close to a Metro station

Nice hotel to stay

we have booked 4 nights at this hotel, it is really nice place to stay . So many resturant around the hotel. Have one restaurant downstair , the guide is so nice and food is nice . Japanese buffet and one store center on the opporsist of the hotel , so convenient to go to downtown by Metro . Good place to stay . We have stay one more day here .

Odd location

The hotel itself was nice with good décor but the location was odd. It was right on a main highway with nothing close by. The restaurant was empty our entire stay, as well as the spa. We were sightseeing and had to take the subway to all locations. The ice machine was outside our door and a group came in very late and loud getting lots of ice. Other than the location, it was a nice place to stay.

Ruby Foods was a pleasant surprise

Very pleasant booking in procedure very quick. Room clean and comfortable. Housekeeping woke me on the first morning at 8am to come in and clean (not good). This hotel is good enough if you want something clean and not crazy expensive on the Metro. For the price I found the rooms a little small and it's clear that while they've updated the decor, the basic stuff is in need of repair. The heating/cooling vent in the room was ancient and made a terrible noise when it turned on. They fixed it as best they could, but it still woke us up every nite.... plus

Unicon 17 visit

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our kids had to kill a lot of time at events during the day, and it was soo nice returning to a hotel where they were actually allowed to have fun and be kids and PLAY in the pool, the lifeguards were great. I also felt like we had the ONLY free parking in Montreal!!! My husband enjoyed getting the "royal treatment" including straight razor... plus

We found our room to be bigger than the average hotel room. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool but it was packed when we walked by. Parking was included. Two minute walk to subway.

Hotel had a great pool area with plenty of room and chairs. The pool was clean and large and you felt like you were in a resort. The hotel was also very modern and new.

Perfect location for a business trip and close enough to the downtown area. Very comfortable and clean. I had no complaints. Parking was very convenient as well with unlimited free access.

Decent hotel in a pinch

Everything is fine although linens could be better. 2 elevators in 1 building and 2 in another mean a good chance of a lot of walking. Not a great location to do touristy things but decent in you want to be in that area.

Close to Metro

The hotel was a block away from the metro. The hotel isn't in the best location BUT it was extremely convenient. There's a ton of fast food places and 24 hr places around the hotel. Right on the Orange line. Bed was extremely comfy! I will stay here again.

Family vacation

We've stayed at Ruby Foo's numerous times and keep going back. They recently renovated and everything was very clean (very important). The staff is very helpful and the location is perfect for our purposes.

Nice Clean Hotel

Situated in midtown, this hotel offer large, spacious and clean rooms. Great sleep but eat out

Good location close to airport at decent price. Great room that was comfortable and clean. The wooden window treatment was great to block light and noise while sleeping. Bathroom was clean with nice shower pressure.

Spacious and clean

We had a long term stay during renos and stayed in a suite, which had a kitchenette. The room had a queen bed, a sofabed, lots of closet space, a half-size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, three burners and a small oven. The set up made it really easy for us to live mostly normally.

Spent five nights at the hotel. A primary reason for selection of this hotel was that it was close to my meeting location. It was perfect!

Ruby Foo's was nicely located downtown with easy access to the subway. It had a nice well maintained pool and gym. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Initially hard to find. This place truly is a hidden gem. Those not familiar with Montréal might have a hard time finding it initially, as it is up off the highway along a trip mall like boulevard.

The staff was nice. The hotel looks new because of the renovation. Very cozy and comfortable room. The pool, the saunas and gym was very nice. The restaurant was delicious. Located not to far from downtown.

I recently stayed here for a business trip and found the experience to great in every manner. The updated hotel is clean and classy. It is conveniently located and has ample parking. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was good as well. It seems like a good place to stay on either business or traveling through Montreal.

Newly renovated

Hotel Ruby Foo's is a very nice place to stay in Montreal. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Several restaurants are within walking distance although the second night we ate at the restaurant on site and it was very good as well.

Stayed at Ruby Foos over the weekend, the property could use some lipstick and makeup, but the staff make up for any short comings. As a frequent visitor to Montreal, I have typically found lodging at some of the world-class hotels to be found downtown (Centre Ville). Really nice Place!

At first it is confusing to get in the place, once you finally get the ticket to get you in the place. Looks like no one is use to take a ticket for a free parking...LOLThe place is really nice and spacious... Excellent cleanliness!!!

Excellent room decor and facility. Excellent cleanliness. The hotel's public areas and our room were spotlessly clean and attractive. Ruby is very near to Metro station,Walmart and Tim Horton to travel -shop-and eat.

Great for wedding occasions

Went to Hotel Ruby Foo's because my girlfriend's cousin is marrying. The service, food from the hotel was exceptional. They were very cooperating and everyone including me loved everything about the hotel.

Hotel Ruby Foos

We used the hotel to stay while visiting friends for a Wedding Event. We liked the hotel. Nothing fancy but comfortable. We did not spend much time at the hotel. Mostly outside with friends.

Went here for business and it was great. I guess those renovations were substantial because the rooms were excellent, high speed was very fast, bathrooms immaculate, clean. Hotel is near lots of good spots to eat. Reasonably priced. Recommended!

Bring ear plugs.

We have stayed at Ruby Foos many times because of its location. Each time we have been kept awake by extremely loud guests partying next door. We're not sure why this hotel attracts low life but our most recent stay was no different. Also, our room was not made up on one of the days. We eventually got fresh towels but had to remind them twice.
