This is our second stay at The Lord Berri. We chose it for the price. The rooms need updating (safes in the room) and could be a little cleaner. The beds were comfortable and we had fun in the bar for Karaoke night. We're not that fussy so this hotel was just fine for us for one night.
My husband and I have stayed at the Lord Berri many times over the years and have found it very suitable for our needs. It is always clean, the staff is helpful and when we are too tired to brave the city for dinner, the restaurant offers good food at good prices. Their breakfasts are quite filling and we always have breakfast there. The hotel lobby has been upgraded since we were there last... plus
Great experience ... I would stay here again . Very Convient to the plateau section of Montreal . There is a parking lot 20 feet from hotel that only charges $15 to park all day and u can come and go as many times . It's better than paying $22 plus tax a day at the hotel .
Everything fine, except the TV didn't work properly...technical problems.
We stayed only one night to catch a concert at the nearby Theatre St-Denis. Our "executive room" was small but the king bed was very comfortable and the room appeared to be very clean. A worthy consideration if you're visiting Montreal's eclectic "latin quarter". Old Montreal is also within easy walking distance.
The hotel is a little old but well kept, and it does not offer breakfast, but the restaurant on the lobby has great prizes. They charge for covered parking underground, and I thought it was a little high, but Montreal is a walking city and the money saved on gas and parking elsewhere compensated. The garage is very small, you will not be able to park there if you are towing something! The hotel... plus
The only good thing of the hotel is the location. This hotel is 20 minutes walk to the Old Port so we don't have to worry about finding a parking. But the hotel is very outdated. 2 lights were not working and many outlet are not working when we try to plug in our electronic devices. Since we only stayed for 1 night so we didn't bother to complain. I only told them better fix it when we checked... plus
the location is just awesome, very close to the old montreal area, 10 min walk. also, close to shopping and stuff. Hotel is dated and service is not the best, but, for the price it is excellent.
This was the second time I have stayed at the Lord Berri. We were upgraded to a junior suite that was really great. Suite was nicely appointed and in great condition. Room was also very clean.
Whenever I go to Montreal I always try to stay at the Lord Berri. Great value for the $$$$.
There were mixed reviews with this place but I went with it. First time in Canada for Heavy Montreal. Location is great, so close to the Metro. I was worried about getting the rude lady at the desk everyone else got - but all 3 people I spoke to were great! As well as the 2 people in the restaurant, which was great too. The parking worried me the most - I did have to park in the creepy lot next... plus
Warm, welcoming and comfortable are all words that sadly cannot be used to describe this hotel. The room was shabby and tired, in dire need of renovation. Making it even less tolerable was the room's stuffiness: it was like staying in a badly decorated, airless, cupboard. This was despite an antique air-conditioning unit, which was very noisy but nearly totally... plus
We stayed here while my husband performed at the Nuit D'Afrique festival. Great location because it's walking distance to a lot of downtown attractions, or a quick bus or bike trip. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and even a small grocery store if you want to get a few things for an outdoor picnic in the lawn that's right... plus
I booked there for a small family weekend in Montreal. It costed 125$ a night for 3 days trip which is quite expensive for what the hotel has to offer. The rooms looked like they were 60 years old and had never changed a bit, everything looked dirty and rusty. The A/C was so noisy I had to turn it... plus
After hearing mixed reviews, I was hesitant to book for my trip of five nights+. But one of my major considerations in finding a hotel while visiting a new city is the proximity to local and airport transport. Good bus connection from/to the airport
Staff at the reception is quite friendly and helpful.
The room size is ok. I have to admit that the rooms are very clean and even the cleaning staff is very friendly.
But the interior is dated! It is simple and just looks old-fashioned. Quite basic and a flat-screen doesn't make it a lot...

I had booked this hotel in advance through Hotwire. It had good ratings and seemed decent. But once we arrived I regretted my decision. Booked this hotel based on reviews on TripAdvisor. We had 2 rooms, they were so different. I was in the dirty old room with the rusty, mouldy, tired bathroom. Our friends were 3 doors down in the exact same priced room with a brand new bathroom!! Cute lobby, great location. Call ahead and request a renovated room!!
We spent five nights here having booked through an internet agency. Our room was as described - king sized bed - and our request for a quiet room was met. Our bed was comfortable; the room clean and we were very pleased with our stay. The in-room iron and ironing board were very useful, and the refrigerator meant that we... plus
The Grand Dame de Montreal it is not, however, it is very well located between Old Montreal and the Latin Quarter. It's hard to think of a better location, really. I stayed with a buddy there last Fall and we both found it to be very cheap and it had what we needed. We certainly didn't go to MTL to... plus
The location was great and the room was pretty average. Our biggest two complaints are that the air conditioner was loud and bad quality, and the wifi is incredibly slow. Early check-in is impossible during busy tourist seasons. You can store your luggage for free but any guest and staff member has access to the storage room.
Paid 224$ (tax in) +22$ parking for one night. This was an Expedia "deal". Garbage in the parking garage. Claustrophobic room with 6-7 foot ceilings. View of a decrepid alleyway and garbage dumpster, no balcony. Room seems to have been "renovated" with updated cabinets, but for $224 you gotta be kidding me! Last time I paid that kind of money... plus
Although the Lord Berri is conveniently located in the Latin Quarter for tourists wanting to walk to the shopping and summer festivals on St. Catherine Street, and the quaintness of Olde Montreal, the facility itself is very dated. Totally enjoyed my stay at the Lord Berri Hotel... The room was clean and pleasant. The staff at the Lord Berri are all very friendly and helpful. It's location is perfect. The room was nice and comfortable. The parking is a total rip-off. Not enough spaces to park and very small.
This hotel should be taken off Expedia lists for the following reasons: Shabby furniture Worn out bathrooms and room finishing's Smelly rooms and corridors Bathroom were smelly and unclean, we didn't wish to use the towels. Flies were found in one of the rooms and strange insects crawling on my phone screen while in bed! Window type air conditioners! old and loud! I stayed with my family in two... plus
Perfect location, lots of cheaper parking options. Staff was friendly and let us check in early which was nice after a 12 hr drive. Super close to market, resturants, and right next to subway. Room was fine, mini fridge was nice, and a/c worked well.
Old hotel having a hard time to keep up, but charging a premium price. Paid 225$ (tax in) 22$ parking for a 1 night stay, breakfast NOT included. Got a crummy, dingy room which has nothing in common with the pictures on Expedia. Dated washroom, air conditioner from the sixties, what appeared to be 7 foot ceilings and garbage piled up in the parking garage. Claustrophobic cheap motel feel for... plus
We have stayed here for the past three years. The hotel is a good value in a good location right by Rue St Catherine and a metro hub. Easy walk to the old quarter too. It has comfortable beds and a very nice staff.
I was staying with 3 other friends, so the price for the room was really good! We were fortunate enough to get a newly renovated room. The hotel was in a very convenient location; the subway station( Berri/UQAM) was about a 2 minute walk down the road, and St.Catherine street was about the same. Lovely cafes and such to grab breakfast if you didn't opt for the buffet. And the staff were very... plus
I stayed there for a single night, but it was a great night. the rooms were very spacious, the bathrooms were sparkling, and the beds were comfy. the only cons I have is that there is no free parking near the building, you are very lucky if you find some. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to spend an obscene amount of money, but also wants a nice hotel.
The complain is about the room. They have some rooms renovated, feel and look nice but some of them are not, thus look and feel shady. They do not tell you about that at all. The parking facility is a nightmare if you have a full size vehicle, limited slots and space for parking. But the location of the hotel is good and within working distance from many attractions, the old city, Norte Dam,... plus
Only good if you need a cheap place. Clean but nothing fancy , old furniture and installations
The hotel is in a great part of town, convenient to St. Catherine St and the Metro, but the amenities were lacking and the staff was lackluster. It was only upon realizing this mistake that the staff was particularly kind to us.It was a good... plus
Room was basic but close to many resturants and night life. Comfort was ok given the price.
overall the room was OK....linens and towels were excellent, as was the decor....the bathroom was somewhat outdated. Ample parking at several lots around the building at reasonable rates. I do not recommend the basement parking if your vehicle exceeds "compact"...the basement walls are carpeted for a reason !!!!!
This is a decent enough hotel, but the location is key. It's less than a block to the biggest metro stop in Montreal, close to the gayborhood, walking distance to jazzfest and more. Room wasn't anything special and front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly, but it was a steal for the location.
Simple and clean hotel. Walking distance to Latin Quater, Village, and downtown. Steps away from stop on 747 bus to airport. Overall a good experience for the amount paid.
the rooms are not the same as picture,a little bit old style, but it's clean. not bad for the price.
Overpriced, for what you get. Parking can be had for 1/2 the price (underground) a block away. Carpet in the rooms needs replacing, decor needs updating. Air conditioning is on the last legs. Look elsewhere, unless as a very last resort if you are stuck. The location is fairly good though, aside from the riff raff from the subway. About 1KM from the old city.
Stayed here for the jazz fest, perfect location. Easy access to old Montreal too. Plenty of parking next door, cheaper than the hotel parking rates. Clean & comfortable, friendly staff.
Just spent the last two nights, our second stay, and am more than satisfied. Clean, comfortable, quiet room, with a short walk to jazz festival, and Old Montreal. With the Metro on the corner the Lord Berri is a good choice. We will be back.
When we go to Montreal we usually stay at the Hotel Lord Berri, right beside the University of Quebec. Ask for one of the renovated rooms on the upper floors and you will do well for the money. There is an excellent, really excellent Italian restaurant that serves wonderful dinners on the main floor. Call the hotel and arrange for... plus
The place was okay. I just think they were understaffed especially at night. I needed help with the A/C in one of our rooms (I booked two) but the front desk said he was the only staff available for the evening shift. No one else was there. Also they tried renovating the place coz it does look nice in photos.... plus
It's a fine hotel. Friendly staff and all that. But I'll put it this way: after I dropped my toothbrush on the floor, there was no thought of using it again. Straight in the bin. There's just this sense of “flophouse” to this place.
Firstly, the hotel is in a great location. With major metro station a block away, nice restaurants on Rue St. Denis and St. Catherine 5 min away and the hotel is 15min walk from the old Montreal.HOWEVER, the area turns out to be prone to thefts. The parking is limited at the hotel, so the hotel suggested us to park at a parking lot right next to the hotel. One day someone broke the car windows... plus
First - Check Bookings.com and other hotel sites for best prices. The hotel is located in the Old Montreal side of the city. Easy walking distance to many very good restaurants and the Old Port area. Nice location for what I needed and it is in the heart if the Latin Quarter. But no parking (not enough space) and druggies roaming the open parking lot. Hotel needs to be renovated.
The location is great but the room comfort isn't the best. The beds are extra firm and pillows flatten quickly. Rooms are dated.
the best thing about this hotel is its location. walking distance to old Montreal. price was ok considering the time of year . it was summer and a long weekend. only problem is the parking . we were lucky to get parking beside the hotel for 15$ per day.
It was the perfect location to explore all the areas of the city
Great hotel in downtown Montreal... Can't beat the location right next to Berri-Uqam for all Metro stops. They have very limited parking, but luckily there are other options for around $13 a night next to the hotel!
Great location near many attractions in Montreal. The rooms are generally clean but the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The rooms and common areas are dated. The parking next door is not affiliated with the hotel and there are no in out priveleges. This isn't a hotel for family visitors or extended stay business folks. Good for a long weekend.
Everything we needed in a nice sized clean room. Small fridge, coffee maker, renovated bathroom, clean, comfy, flat screen TV, free wifi, free in-room safe, indoor parking for $22.50/day, outdoor also available at $13/day, good security, restaurant and bar on premises (not used), and very close to the metro station and St-Catherine West with many restaurants, and where there is always something... plus
Air conditioning didn't worked properly, only for 2 out of 4 nights.
Pros: Great location. Right by the Berri-UQAM station and you can basically either walk or take the metro anywhere you need to get to. Also, free wifi in room!Cons: The hotel service was terrible. The girl who was at the desk could care less if you were checking in or had a question or what. When I asked if I could store my luggage while I wait for the check-in time, she didn't say a word,... plus
Orb. outdid themselves this time. I know to bring earplugs when I book with Orb., because hotels apparently put their "Orb. rooms" in the noisiest locations--e.g. near the HVAC systems. It happens too often to be coincidence. Even the earplugs didn't work the 2nd night--the equipment was so loud that a framed painting on the wall was rattling due to the vibration. I had to tape a rolled... plus
We were able to walk to many places leaving your car in the next door parking lot. Traffic in Montreal is the worst ever! They probably don't want visitors :-)
(100 €:nuit)
A delight to walk all day with a few blocks of the room. We enjoyed heritage experiences, boutiques and restaurants/clubs nearby, public places near the river, we could have stayed for weeks, inviting culture, crafts, and warm people.
Got this room off Hotwire for $71 a night and absolutely loved this hotel for its location and value. It's a 5 minute walk from the Berri-UQAM station which acts as a hub for many train lines. This hotel is in an incredibly great location. It's just down the street a ways (6 minutes max) from the central bus station, minutes away from Old Montreal, shopping on St. Catherine's street, as well as many other hotspots. The Lord Berri hotel is located one block from a major Metro station (UQAM-Berri) and stop #9 for the airport shuttle bus (the 747). Room was super clean and up to date from the last time I stayed. Way over priced and night staff was not friendly at all.
We are from the suburbs of Montreal so we decided to stay at the Lord Berry for New Year's eve to avoid driving back home the same night. We stayed here for a week. For the price we paid, it was just fine. The room itself was clean. And was cleaned and beds made adequately when we were out and about.
My experience there was average and what could be expected for Montreal. I really feel that the accommodations could have been more current. The bedding seemed to be very old, soiled, and stained. Air freshness also seemed to be stale and not appropriate.
I'm actually surprised by all the positive reviews. My experience was anything but. The bedspread looked as though a toddler had eaten animal crackers on it with all the food and dirt that was ground into it. The sheets seems cleaned, so we just removed the spread. The room was dark and smelly with terribly clashing maroons and light blues.... plus
I have to actually write a review, compelled by the amazing food at the Italian restaurant off the lobby. Good location, very close to the Metro, the gay village and the old port which I would say are the 2 main touristy parts of Montreal. It's not a 3* hotel in my opinion though.

No garage. I parked outside last year and my windshield got smashed
In short, the location of this hotel make it very attractive. If you are looking for a place for partying all night, you may consider this hotel. Howerver, if you are looking for a quiet place with a decent services, you have to consider another hotel.
L'accueil était excellent

Great hotel for the money. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Bathroom was average, but clean. Restaurant/Bar are nice after being out all day. Only downside is parking at $17/day. The garage is located below the building and is small. You are required to back in the parking spot and it is typically full (guessing about 20 parking spaces). Easy walk to the Village and only blocks to... plus
What can I say - I came in on a VERY Busy weekend in Montreal - the Grand Prix Race, everything was expensive. 1 week later and the same stay would be half what I spent. The staff were great, got us into our room very early as we arrived on an overnight flight and were exhausted.

Loved our stay at the Lord Berri over the F1 Weekend including The Stones.
It is down the street - 1 block - from the Berri-UQAM Metro station and from there you can catch a subway to just about wherever you want to go. The subway system in Montreal is pretty amazing... the longest wait we had was 7 minutes...and...

Do NOT go to their restaurant. I've had better service at McDonalds. Ordered a soup, waited 8 minutes to get a spoon. Waited 10 mins to pay the bills.
It's an old building. However, they try to keep it as neat as possible. Very clean linen and towels the last ones a bit worn out. The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous.
It has a refrigerator in each room. The restaurant service for breakfast was very good for the price and the staff very friendly.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a single night. It had very good reviews online, and for a Monday night, reasonably priced. It's not a huge hotel, and it's not that appealing from the outside. But the lobby was modern and quaint - actually, the entire hotel is like that. We had a room on the 8th... plus
The service and the people were very nice and polite.
We booked this hotel on Groupon and were getting an Executive King Room. We were happy with the price that we paid and the location of this hotel since we were going to see P!NK at Le centre Bell. As for the hotel, well, it's old. The carpet was dirty and the room was very small. The bed was comfy... plus
Good Internet, nice clean rooms and bathrooms, nice restaurant in the hotel so that you don't have to go out in the cold. Pretty close to Denis Street shopping district and China Town. Not far from the Catherine street shopping district but far enough that you should wear your walking shoes. A metro station right next to the hotel...Greyhound bus station a block away.No gym though
I was visiting Montreal for a few days for work and decided to spend a weekend too. Its close to Catherine street but a good Mile walk before the busy part of the street begins. So make sure you'r wearing your walking shoes at all times.Very close to China Town and the Italian Quarters. Comfortable rooms, no gym, good internet connection.
Very close to China town and Italian Quarters. Just a couple of blocks from Greyhound bus station. Right next to Catherine street but the main part of the street doesnt start before walking a mile or so, so make sure you wear your walking shoes.Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good internet connection but no gym/fitness centre
My wife and I stayed over on a Friday & Saturday weekend March 15,16, 2013.The hotel is located on Berri St just off René Lévesque Blvd, a few blocks from great restaurants. the hotel is located 1 block away from Berri-UQAM metro station, which is the hub of the city's subway system. the hotels are a bit old and run-down and hallways smell of cigarette but the staffs' okay and rooms are clean--bathroom seemed new. Parking is 15 canadian dollar per night at the lot next to the hotel. overall I enjoyed my stay here.
Overall this was a great hotel. I think that it is a great deal and it is in an ideal location. The only issue was parking. We had never been in Montreal before and arrived late. The front desk said to park in the lot beside them, and then the person controlling the lot said their parking was around back. There was four spots behind the hotel and the front desk said don't leave any valuables in... plus
The hotel was clean, simple, and all that we needed. The price is great, and the location is fantastic. My boyfriend and I walked to Vieux Port for nice fancy dinner, and we went everywhere by utilizing the Metro. The Metro station is literary down the street, and I couldn't be happier. They also have parking both inside and outside for a reasonable price as well.

The cleanliness of your room alone is refreshing! This hotel is a block from a major subway hub (the Berri-UQAM station) and close by to many of the city's bus lines. The desk staff are pleasant and accommodating. We had a seamless check-in and check-out. Each day, our room was done perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless and restocked with shampoo and soaps. Can't get better than this, folks!
Very clean - staff is attentive - the on-site restaurant is very good. Close to the "Village" area, and one block from a major Metro station. Mass transit is terrific - you don't need a car. The hotel was an A+ experience.
If you're interested in Old Montreal, hotel's location is excellent; within walking distnace and the subway is on next block if you want to go that way. Excellent restaurant attached; especially good for that first evenng of arrival when you're not familiar with any restaurants. would not hesitate to stay there shold we visit Montreal again.
This was my first visit to Montréal and I wanted to see as many places as possible, for this reason I looked for a hotel near the subway station and within walking distance of the Old Town. This was a lovely hotel, well situated - a block from the Metro and the pedestrian zone. The staff were courteous and helpful. My friends and I stayed at the Hotel Lord Berri for one night while celebrating my birthday. The hotel staff was very helpful during check in and when we needed to receive a cab. Hotel is a short block from the Metro and close to shopping on St. Catherine St. Very nice to be close to the end of the bus line from and to the airport. Clean and pleasant is good enough - I don't need fancy amenities.
This hotel was very easy to check in and check out.
Good value. The only problems we had was that the room door deadbolt did not work; the hotel parking was full but there is a pay lot next door; and there seemed to be crumbs on one of the bed covers.
The hotel is in a good location with good access to the subway. The rooms were comfortable but since our room was facing the street it was a bit noisy. The room had refrigerator which helped with storing milk etc. Parking was a bit expensive but that seems to be normal for Montreal. Overall we do not have any complaints.
This was my second visit. I want a central location and a reasonable hotel, and it delivers on both counts. We walked to all our restaurants and night life, and also to Vieux Montreal and Chinatown. Close to a metro stop, too. Quiet room.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and I am always treated well and the rooms are cleanand tidy. I enjoy the friendly staff.
Hotel very far from business district. Good rate for very busy week in Montreal. Everything decent except towels and no lotion in the bathroom. All decent hotels have decent towels and lotion in the bathroom.
It is in a very good location. You can walk to many sites and feel safe. The room I had was furnished with 2 double beds. Both were comfortable. A refridgerator and coffee pot were included. The TV only showed commercials. This is a non smoking hotel, but upon leaving the room one morning, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I perticularly like this hotel because it is one blockk from the main street St. Catherines. It is also one block away f rom Berri UGAM Metro station. It is always clean aand inviting.the staff are very kinowledgeable and friendly.
Overall it's ok - basic accomodations - you can tell the place was nice at one time bu a bit tired now... BEST: location...WORST: the kitchen below was constantly frying stuff and had an overwhelming fried food stink in the lobby
Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
Good location. Parking is around the corner for $15 a night. Nice front desk stuff, but room was very dirty. All over the bathroom were black hair -on the floor, in the shower cabin, and even on the toilet seat! Disgusting! On over last day, I found a big black roach running in the bathroom. Room needs renovation and definitely better cleaning!
we spent two nights and everything was ok. Excellent services, staff friendly and helpful. Very good location and excellent restaurant. good value for the price.
Room was clean and comfy. Internet worked great. Was nice having the elevator go down to the parking area under the hotel. Hotel is centrally located and close to the metro. we love our stay.
The Hotel Lord Berri is conveniently located a half block from the Berri/Uqam metro station and the shops of St. Catherine's street. The standard room (two double beds) was small but adequate. However, the beds in this room were terrible. They resembled a fish bowl (high on all sides, with a dip in the center), and were quite hard. Hotel Berri is ideally located for those who want to tour Old Montreal. There was construction going on next door so it was somewhat less than quiet. However, the price was more than reasonable, the accommodations clean and comfortable, the parking reasonable.
“The front desk attendant was very helpful when we asked how to get to a few bars/liquor stores.”
The Lord Berri Hotel is really nothing special. Just your standard cement block hotel. I have stayed here twice, once while it was own by Venture Hotels. I liked it more then when it seemed a little more upscale. Today it seems to be a little more oriented towards French-Canadian tourists rather than business travelers. This means the lobby is much busier and this effects the service. The hotel... plus
“Lord Berry is a fine, moderately established in a convenient location in Montreal near Catherine Street and the university. It has good air conditioning in summer. It is also favored by tour companies and has many tour groups daily.”
“This hotel is just steps from one of the city's principal Metro (subway) stations and close to the Bus Terminal and Gay Village. At night the location does not have heavy traffic or noisy bars. The rooms are clean and in good repair.”
“Lord Berri was a good hotel for the price. It was clean and convenient to the metro station, restaurants, bus lines etc. I would definitely stay there again.”
“I would've given a much better appraisal of the hotel if the facilities in the room worked. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant enough. The window A/C unit did not do a great job of heating the room, and worst of all; there was no... plus
I never stayed at the Lord Berri preferring to stay at the Gouverneur, a short distance away. With the decline in the dollar and increased rates at the Gouverneur I decided to try the Lord Berri. The room was very nice and the hotel staff friendly. The one thing that you should know about this hotel though is that if you want parking on site, you must reserve it along with your room. There is limited parking in a very small, tight garage. It's $16 per night to park there but at least you know it's in a secure lot.
After I read reviews of this hotel, they scared me I almost cancel my reservation.
Montreal in the French Canadian area of Quebec is an oasis in the middle of a unique country. Filled with openness and culture, Montreal is the place to be in the summer time, although it is still great in the dead of winter, except it's cool as hell. The hotel was great. Nice people, convenient location near metro station. The resturaunt was fairly priced wth good food and good service. our room was comfortable with 2 queen beds. Only thing that was a bit surprised with was the $15/day parking charge, though it was secured and underground. Would definately recommend.
Good accomodations. EXCELLENT rates, for early summer. Terrific location, especially its proximity to the subway. Easy access to this hotel from all major routes. If you use a hotel merely for sleeping and to store your travel items, this is a great hotel! No swimming pool, no game room, etc.

This is a no thrills hotel located close enough to old Montreal by CQAM. Unfortunately, the large park near the hotel had many homeless people in the park and my family did not feel safe in the evening walking around. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and the restaraunt was a good value.
When I went to check out after a 2 day stay , they tried to charge me $363 when I was quoted $139 with the casino package. After explaining quite adamently to the manager, I was given the correct price. It was well worth the $139, but after taxes and parking fee, $15/day, It was $199. We stayed in the Lord Berri for three days in July and liked it very much. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and the towels, while not luxurious, were just fine. We arrived to hear the parking garage was full and had to park in an outside lot near the hotel. The room was clean but the towels were threadbare and ragged and most badly stained.
