Je suis très satisfait de cet hôtel. Bon service, chambre très propre. Bien situé. Bien insonorisé et stationnement capable d'accueillir nos 2 camions remorques!
I leave there for 3 days in august, it's a viry nice place to stay.
I went to the hotel a couple of week ago (during the weekend of the 20th of November). I was in Sherbrooke to see a couple of friends. All the staff I met was very nice and kind. One of the person at the frontdesk gave me a map to help me find he way to my friend's house.
I don`t undrstand people being negative about the staff. Peoplo were very nice to me and available. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very good. I will go back anytime that I will be around for business.
I think it's unfair to judge a hotel solely on one person's perceived negative exchange with one employee. Every hotel will have disputes of one sort or another in the course of events. Read all the reviews then make up your mind. There is a restaurant on first floor which serves full breakfasts but we did not have time to... more
I have had 3 separate hotel staff (reception, General Manager and accounting) tell me that my issue was taken care of. They then recanted and did not even bother to call me. When I called back to ask why, I spoke to the same General Manager (Eric Faust) who assured me that my issue was taken care of, he proceed... more
Spent a night with my wife and son, we had a very nice stay. The rooms were excellently decorated and the staff were very courteous. The pool and spa are awesome, the grotto is very unique in the area and an attraction with-in itself. Over all the rooms were very accommodating not to mention the free wi-fi internet and smoke... more
We were pleased with our room and the breakfasts served there - a bit disappointed that there was no lunch or dinner servce, but on balance were happy with our stay. There are still signs of ongoing renovations but all was quiet and well handled by maintenance staff. We would stay there again if the occasion presented itself.
We were in eastern townships, Quebec last week-end to do some family bicycle and we decided to try the newly renovated "Le President". What a surprise to see the new rooms completly renovated with a lot of taste... If we would have only read the reviews from TA we would not have chosen that hotel because of the bad reviews.But... more
When you want a very good quality/price ratio near Sherbrooke it is the place to go. Service was fast and precise. The sunday brunch is excellent and not expensive. The hotel pool is a MUST with its SPA. I believe the management is behind a good service. When you want to be near the city and at the entry of... more
I stayed here with my daughters soccer team. Dirty, disgusting, a health hazard. They say renovating but I hear from others they were 3 years ago. Wouldnt let me cancel with my money back even though I was not told about renos. Desk clerk was so rude. Didnt give a ---- just wanted my money. These people obviously do not... more
This hotel has to be in one of the worst conditions I have ever seen. The reason we were staying at this hotel in the first place, was that the track team manager booked a group of rooms for the track club my daughter belongs to. We were there for the Canadian National Junior Track & Field Champsionships. The Hotel... more
So called improvement are going for months or what? That Manager was probably hiding somewhere since no one at front desk could receive my request. Service is non existant. Room are 25+ years old. Building is heavily crippled (as previous picture shows). Never ever again. Just a shame I didn't know about this site before, as reviews suggeste, I wouldnt'... more
Dumpy, moldy, musty room. I walked out after seeing the room and cancelled my booking. This place would be better for a low budget horror movie. A number of better choices are nearby.
Hi! I stayed in this hotel for one night(I wouldn´t have stayed another one!!!)...the room was dirty, especially the beds, the shower didn´t work at all and the staff didn´t care about my complaints. There was a sign that the pool was closed due to renovations (for one week) but without a date. So maybe it is forever closed;-) I... more
I would have to agree with the review that said it was a good thing they stayed for only one day. I stayed one night with my mother and girlfriend, and thank god it was only one night. The room was disgusting. Try a Quality or Comfort Inn, at least they are clean. Every other place in Sherbrooke was booked,... more
My team was in the PIF ball tournament this past weekend (July 2,3) and we stayed in room # 135 under Mark Regan. I left my bracelet in the room and would like to know if the cleaning service found it? It is silver with blue saphires and diamond stones. It is very close to my heart and would be... more
This hotel is the worst I've ever seen. Rooms are awful but the worst thing is that you can hear absolutely everything around because it is not soundproofed at all. We were there with a group for one night only and just one was enough.
